This app and their website hasn’t worked for a while.
Easy Thai and has favs option!
Super easy to order from and as one other reviewer noted, it’s easy to order when you have allergens - you don’t have to write notes on everything. Plus, when you order in the app, you earned rewards! One thing that I really love is that you can save an order as a favorite, which I realize is common but when I have allergies, it’s just really nice for us. Plus, I love their food.

Best restaurant app
Why can’t all restaurant apps be like this one? This is slick, smooth, visually excellent, and functionally sound.
Good
The app is very good, it makes it so I can easily customize for my allergens rather than writing a dozen special instructions to remove things. It’s easy to add and remove things from your order, HOWEVER, lately the delivery has not been working well. I live in apartments and the last four orders, I’ve had to call the driver because they arrive at the buildings, but the app keeps wiping my apt # and delivery instructions.

Favorite Thai restaurant in Beaverton
We love this place. We’ve eaten at the restaurant, picked up take-out, and gotten delivery. It’s always great!

Thai bloom is best Thai food in portland metro
I have eaten at a number of Thai places in both downtown Portland, Eastside, Portland, Westside, Portland and Beaverton and by far Thai Bloom is the best and has the most creative choices. I usually order my phone, but this app made it even easier and I could easily see the choices that I had to either delete or add.

I’ve been using this app for over 2 years, and I’m sick of how horrible it is. Is it that much to ask for accurate hours? Or maybe an error message when the place isn’t open that doesn’t suggest my card doesn’t work?

Super convenient!
Best way to order take out!
App update loop
This app has been useless for months. It used to work but now is just stuck in an unresolved update loop. It requires an update to use but no update is available. Ive even tried deleting and reinstalling and to no avail.
Easy to use, great photos
I love Thai Bloom and this app makes it easy to order.
Cannot get credit card to register
Manuel input does not work nor does camera input — very frustrating
