When trying to use the vacuum it says I need to update the app to use the model, but there are no updates available on the App Store.

I can’t add the vacuum to the app. It crashes any time you hit a button. Very disappointed in this.

Vacuum died

I was in love with this vacuum cleaner but from one moment to another it stopped working, I did the updates and everything but when I start it, it immediately turns off completely I already wrote to the support but I do not receive a response

Battery died after 8 months

Love the vacuum however the battery just quit holding a charge one day. Am waiting for support to review my information and video they requested. I really hope this is just a bad battery. The vacuum will still turn on if on the charging port.
