I love the be.come project so much

I absolutely love the body neutral ethos of the be.come project. The routines inspire me to move my body, no matter how I’m feeling when I step on my mat. Bethany is such a kind soul—I really love what they’ve created with the be.come community.

Low effort app

The app doesn’t really do anything except stream a tiny version of the video.

I also think it’s patronizing to HAVE to record my mood before launching a video. It makes me want to not even start.

It would be nice to be able to download the routine since I don’t have reliable WiFi access and I don’t really need this glitchy playback to eat up all my very limited data.

BEYOND AMAZING!!!!

Holy guacamole! This program is EVERYTHING and then some! I am someone who loathes the gym and 9 times out of 10 find an excuse to not workout. I credit this to my long term, negative relationship with exercise. I never looked at it as rewarding my body rather as a way to punish myself for gaining any amount of weight. I’ve wanted to change this mindset for a while now, so I’ve been on a fitness program quest for what feels like forever. Nothing was doing it for me. Then I decided to take the plunge with the be.come project and WOAH BABY am I happy I did! Bethany is such a bright light who makes exercising fun (yes I just said fun)! Her routines are engaging, challenging, but most of all, encouraging. If you’re like me and have struggled with working out and consistently making it to the gym, definitely give this program a try. I promise you, you won’t be disappointed!

Finally an Energizing and Feel Good Work Out!

I have been using be.come off an on for about a year and a half, and for the past 9 months have gotten into a very consistent routine of getting up extra early before work with my roommates to be.come together. We LOVE Bethany. We LOVE be.come. None of us were “work out people” before this, but we look forward to our morning be.come so much! And we honestly notice a big difference in our mood and energy level when we cheat and skip a day... huge fans here!

Whoever you are, you NEED this in your life

This is absolutely incredible. I have never experienced anything like this in the exercise/movement world before. Not only is Bethany encouraging and compassionate, but I’m really moving my body because it makes me feel good, and there is such a mental aspect to the whole experience that is an absolute game changer. They talk about thanking your body and letting yourself know you can do this, and it is so positive and helpful in ways I couldn’t have possibly expected. Any person, regardless of gender or fitness level, should do this subscription. <3
