Maintenance
I feel in the past 5 months the maintenance has suffered a down trend.
The pool area has broken chairs, not properly cleaned after busy days garbage all over deck area, 4 refrigerators and an ice maker have been broken most of the summer. Also the small tables have never been put out this year.
One would expect pet owners to clean up after them, at 3900$ a month I shouldn’t have to walk out and see dog waste on the carpet.
