New app update took away all the points I have ever earned

Sign in options suck I literally do not understand it. It’s like I’m constantly running in circles trying to figure out how to login.. you offer rewards, but then make it difficult to log into view ?? the only option you give us to create an account like this has been an ongoing problem for so long
Foods great App SUCKS
Love their buffalo fries but the app is basically just ordering it off ubereats or doordash same set up theres really no point in a separate app. Its so difficult to place an order whether it’s on the app or through phone. Theres always some malfunction that happens when placed through app. It needs ALOT of work.

From app to web app through DoorDash
This new app is a web app now, and it piggy backs off DoorDash. So just use DoorDash lol!
App is awful
The app has an option for Apple Pay that does not work. I’ve just spent over 40 minutes trying to set up my account to order food and I had to put in my debit card information. Which would have been fine but it wouldn’t take that either. It wouldn’t let me use Apple Pay or add my debit card. It finally let me after a very long time. And now I read on here that it doesn’t matter because the rewards won’t go through. I’ll come back and let you all know how that goes after I receive reward points. Wish me luck! I will say though, the food is great!!! I will continue buying their chicken fries even if I don’t receive reward points but this app is awful.

App is terrible (food is great though!)
I have points and rewards that I have earned on here, but there’s no way to use them or apply to my order. When I click redeem, I got an email and my points disappeared. Every time I try to click a link to get more information, I get an error message saying “page not found.” I think I found an FAQ on it, but I have to do it in the store? After I’ve already paid on the app? What’s the point of having it on an app, when I can only use it when I order in the store. Makes no sense. The rewards portion of this app definitely needs a lot of work. Food is fantastic though! App gets 1 star but food gets 5!

REWARDS DONT WORK
The food is good, portion sizes have gone down. The app is pretty much un-usable the rewards don’t work and the employees don’t know what to do when they don’t work. The QR code, email, and phones number never works even though I have it on my account.

Won’t let me pay with my debit card nor Apple Pay
I’ve tried to use this app multiple times, and whenever I try to buy my food for takeout, it won’t let me complete the purchase!! I try and do Apple pay but whenever I submit the order, the screen freezes and nothing happens. Whenever I try to actually manually input my debit card, I press enter and a pop up screen with nothing pops up and I have no choice but to press “OK”. I wasted my time many times on this app. I have an easier time ordering on the internet rather than on this app.

Payment - options
It’s hard to understand what tiles represent what category of food. Wish they could make it simpler to see. Then at checkout Apple Pay never works.
Best Buffalo Wings
Always worth the wait, when ordered in the restaurant. I recommend ordering ahead of time of the app. My 6 year old loves the mild buffalo fries when we treat ourselves to Buffalo Spot every now and then. Staff is always friendly and helpful at the Long Beach 7th Street location. I love that they have locations at mall food courts as well.

App Doesn’t work
I wish the app would work. It never does. Really disappointing

Have never been able to order through the app, every time I get to check out it says error or just doesn’t load at all. waste of time adding my order.
Payment broken, can't even order if I wanted to
Payment system is broken, only accepts Apple Pay or coupon in app. The Apple Pay icon never shows up when you try to pay. App is unusable until the developers go in and fix it.

I recently visited the restaurant and purchased 15 boneless wings then I downloaded the app and everything was $5 more expensive on the app than if I purchased at restaurant! I went into the buffalo spot and confirmed it. I immediately removed the app
Doesn’t work
Whenever I’ve tried to use the app the payment screen doesn’t work. It displays my total and says “select payment type” but doesn’t let me click anything.
Love the food hate the app!
Not able to place an order though the app for over a month now.
1 month update - Still fails after trying to place order from the Northern Ave location. Also most of the icons are missing. Part of this looks like the credit card application they are using has expired. Not sure on why the icons are missing.
