Fantastic bank
Now that Cooperative Bank has added apple-pay to their suite of services, I think I have all I want in a bank: low credit card rates, quick and easy mortgage renewal, bonus interest on savings accounts, able to set up new ones easily, and the added bonus of a credit paid annually to shareholders - can’t think of more I need!

Cash deposits take to long to clear.
Taken all day to clear cash deposit an my dogs couldn’t goto vet cos bank not processing cash deposits as they use too.
I’ve found a bug that causes the app to freeze. A very hard freeze. Not quite reboot but V close.
No obvious method to report it other than Via telephone. FFS.
Excellent bank
The app is exactly what I need. Love how you can move money between accounts by swiping and you can add your own pictures into the accounts. Staff are always helpful. And it’s a co-op. Seriously love this bank.

Quick transfer not working
Quick transfer was working fine until 2 days ago when it randomly decided to not work. I have tried disabling and enabling it over and over again to no success. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Please fix this issue.

Is it possible to add the ability to auto login with FaceID rather than me tapping the login button?

Great feel to the latest update with the app. Fonts, spacing, just a nice overhaul well needed. Great work and nice to see increasing security features around the app.

This app needs fixing
It was okay but I it’s so buggy and I keep getting logged out randomly then my password is incorrect when it’s not because I can log in on another phone with that same password just not my phone. That shouldn’t be happening. 1 star.
