A solid upgrade
A couple of months ago we were promised new ways to log in. And here they are: we can now log in with a PIN number. Congratulations TSB on delivering a solid upgrade.
To those reviewers who have complained for years that the app lacks touchID and faceID I say: rejoice in the simplicity of this app. Give thanks that it is not loaded with useful features as other bank’s mobile apps are.

missing features
i just switched from BNZ and loving being a TSB customer so far, but this app is seriously lacking in functionality compared to other banking apps. no Face ID on iPhone kills me, but at least there’s Apple Pay. really missing the BNZ app’s 2-factor auth for logging in on the web, too - it would be a lot more secure than getting SMS codes for approving online transactions!

Generally a good app, but badly let down by the unreliable push notifications. Despite being described as a feature in the description, push hasn’t been working for months now, and was intermittent for years before this latest failure. Hard to believe it’s this difficult to fix when the BNZ app can reliably provide it…

Font colour/size needs a change
Can you change the colour of the credit font from blue, you can hardly tell the difference from the black and the font is way too small, please make it bigger and bolder.
