Good program but subscriptions lack transparency

I find the program itself very insightful and informative, however, I commenced at a discounted rate and did not intend to continue. Life happened and I forgot until the much higher fee was deducted, without any prior warning or reminder to allow me to fully choose whether to continue. After cancelling, I reached out to request a refund, given the circumstances, and in a poorly constructed reply, was told terms and conditions do not allow. If The Coach truly cared about its customers, it would remind them of upcoming payments and show flexibility with refunds. Be wary!
