Hello and thank you for reaching out! First, please do note that deleting the app never causes the cancellation of the subscription, for any service. Also, each user can cancel their subscription – any time – via Profile › Account Settings in the app, or by reaching our Support Team: via Support section of the app or emailing directly at support@the.coach. It's especially relevant if you saw no subscription in your App Store settings: this means you've purchased a subscription via our website – while in App Store settings you will see only purchases made via App Store only. If you still encounter our billing, most likely you weren't unsubscribed. So, please reach for our Support Team as per said above – they will reassure your subscription is cancelled and help you with any other question! Hope hearing you back any time soon!
