They removed the rewards tab from inside the app and you can’t see your balance or earning inside the app anymore

Contracts and policies
Their are robbing the customer in term club fees paid twice within one year $60 each time and their policies regarding the refunds incase you relocate different state and unable to use you still charge the club and monthly fee even though their contract says it can be

I’ve been trying to access my account in the app for several months, but I haven’t been able to. I started the account recovery process and provided my email address, but I haven’t received any message. Please fix this issue as soon as possible, as I don’t want to pay for a new keychain.

Edge Gym and app is amazing clean space great equipment and an awesome atmosphere. The staff is super friendly and motivating. Perfect place to level up your fitness. Highly recommend

I can’t say enough about Jess. She is always there with a smile on her face. It is tough getting up at 4:30am do when you walk in and see her smiling it just makes it a little easier. Also any time I have mentioned something needed attention in the ladies locker room she is right there. You are very fortunate to have her as an employee.

Update broke the app
Went in my app to check the classes for today and it recommended I update the app, after I updated it I tried to open the app again and it won’t load anymore. I even tried restarting my phone.
Prior to this, the app worked great, features like the crowd meter or scheduling, massaging, and tanning in the app would be great to have.

Wish list
I wish this app had a crowd meter like some other gyms. I also wish we could schedule a hydro massage from the app since my gym’s kiosk is often broken. Checking in for hydro using the app would be great too. Currently I can no longer share videos when chatting with my trainer. It used to work a few updates ago but now it crashes the app every time. Even with the newest updates. Please fix this soon. Otherwise I like the app. I’d rate it 5 stars with these 3 changes. :)

Issues within app
The main issue is that the app will log out itself and you cannot login with the credentials you saved for the app. Overall the features within the app is fine.

I haven’t been able to use the app for over 10 months.
Terrible App
Joined The Edge and downloaded the app. Tried to set it up, but hit a wall. Asked for a password reset, but never received a reply. Had my local Edge send me an e-mail to reset the password. That worked and I created a new password. When I went back to the app and entered my e-mail and password, I received an error message: “Sign-in failed. Please double check the email and password entered.” Absolutely frustrated!

Poor updates
Still haven’t fixed the apple wallet support. Not that complicated. Even planet fitness has that feature working properly.
Worthless
Cannot log in on iOS app, keeps replying that the log in failed, but the web version works. Just wish this app would get fixed. Do not recommend. Use the phone.
