Frame scanning tool times out

Frame scanning tool times out. Cannot complete the process.

Extremely frustrating

After a half hour of struggling to get my lenses lined up perfectly, the app tells me my prescription is out of scope.

Concept great. Results no.

Constantly needs to restart due to lost connection to computer. Doesnโ€™t want my lens to be scanned without me paying

First review Iโ€™ve left in 5 years.

No matter what I change, it keeps repeating the same instructions at me over and over again. Eventually it just bugs out and kicks me from the app.

Terrible

Image is blurry when it looks just fine
