The purpose of this app is to illustrate how much fund charges reduce the value of your pension over time. How much does a 1.5% charge actually reduce your fund at retirement compared to a 1% charge? The answer is way more than you think!
Input the current value of your fund and the number of years until retirement. Then choose the assumed rate of return on your pension fund and select a level of charges. Play around with these inputs to see the effect of higher charges.
