App will never let you book anything.
I have been collecting points over three years and I finally was able to try and use some to find out the app is constantly stuck in a loading loop in the booking option so you are never able to actually book through the app. Decided to just redeem for cash back and never use again.

Signed up through a hotel stay in New York a few weeks ago and got almost $200 cash back. The app itself is so so but the platform is incredible. Already have 3 more stays booked and I’m getting rewards on every one.

, I had sent in proof of all my hotel stays which was over 15 stays with proof of hotel stays and receipts to confirm and they would not accept any of my bookings and every time I try to contact them they say just upload my hotel bill and I will get my rewards which was a total lie now the app will not allow me to delete my profile and all information
