Made a purchase and then was unable to log back in for several days. When I was able to log back in the transaction was no longer there. I had to purchase from another retailer for a higher price.
Great Products, Terrible App
What the heck…I love your products but the app is absolutely trash. I can’t modify my subscription or buy anything - seriously fix this app or delete it entirely- it’s a dissatisfying experience for your customers.
App Stopped Working
First it would take a million years to load then make me sign in every time which was annoying. However now the app just sits on the loading screen and never loads so I have no choice but to go online, will be deleting app unless it gets fixed.
Great products, not so great app
It seems I need to log in every time I open the app, but it doesn’t actually tell me that. I get error after error until I finally remember I need to log in again. Then load times between pages are SLOW.
Unable to login into account for months now
I can log in online but never through the app. Such a waste
Subscription edits never work
Why have the app at all if the subscription portion doesn’t work? I can edit easily in MOW but get the ‘uh oh- something went wrong!’ message every time I attempt to edit my bundle (date or components) in the app.
Errors no matter what I do
I downloaded this app because I subscribe to some of their products and thought using the app would be helpful for ordering and updating. However, it never works. If I want to skip a subscription, I get an error saying something went wrong. If I want to change the date of my next order, I get an error saying something went wrong. If I want to add to my order, I get an error saying something went wrong. If I go into my account through a web browser, I can update anything with no issues. This app, in my opinion, is completely useless.

Always glitches
I have tried to order through the app several times and it never lets me. It’ll say there’s an error and I try to do it again and make sure everything’s right and no matter what I do it’s always the same. I even waited days later to try again and still the same thing happens.
Love the diapers, hate the app
I have two subscriptions with Honest for both of my kids, but when I try to manage my subscriptions it often tells me I don’t have any. Ugh.
Waste of time
I have been trying to build a bundle unsuccessfully for the past 30 mins. I keep adding items and the app keeps refreshing causing me to have to start over every 5 mins. App deleted and back to the mobile site I go annoyed.
Unreliable
I LOVE Honest products, but this app is completely unreliable! It rarely allows me to login, when I try to open the app it typically times out or never opens. The idea of this app is great and when it opens, I love its convenience, but I definitely have issues with it more often than success.

The app takes forever to load! I usually run out of patience and end up logging in from my computer.

I’m having trouble with the app . Ever time I go to open it to make a change on my order it takes a long while before I can see the actual home page . As soon as I open the app it loads for the longest time . Can someone please fix this issue .

Long load time
Please fix the app. It takes minutes to load and causes a great inconvenience when I need to add or remove items from my subscription service.
The app is great… when it works
I’ve loved using this app to manage my diaper subscription, however my app won’t load and open about 95% of the time the last few months. I get a spinning screen that doesn’t ever load.
Love the Products, Hate the Slow app
I have been using Honest diaper subscription for almost 4 years now and the products are great. The actual price structure and convenience of delivery is excellent. The products themselves are good quality, cute prints and overall excellent value.
However, the Honest application is very slow to use. It takes forever to open on my phone and then it is clunky to use as it slowly (painfully so) opens the subscription page so I can update sizing and prints. I would appreciate someone fixing this as it is very frustrating to use.

App never works
Love the products. The app need serious work. It hasn’t loaded for me in a long time and I have to go to website to order.
Crappy App
This is literally the slowest app I’ve ever downloaded. I thought it would be faster to use the app to update my diaper subscription shipments when needed but honestly logging onto the website is way faster since it takes about 10 years just for the app itself to open. & yes it is updated to the most recent one.

Most of the time my phone times out before the app even opens. It’s annoying I use the website most of the time.
Never loads
I have tried everything to get this app to work on my phone and it never opens after waiting several minutes. The one time it worked it was fantastic so I gave it two stars, maybe once they push out a new update it will be better but I’ve had it for 6 months and nope.
