I hope to have visibility to see how many people are in wait list when I choose different locations. Then I could better choose which location to go before having to drive there.
Helpful app
Love how I can check in through the app, see which doctors are working, what time the office is open/closed. Would love to see a feature that shows how many people are actively in the queue. Sometimes there are so many people and the wait is an hour or more, I’d rather go during a slower time.
Wait time would be nice
Wish the app had a wait time or to see how many people are checked in before you. A check in system like great clips. Something like that since we have to drive 30 minutes to get there. Or shows busy times for that location. Also, a way to check out in the app. We got there waited 15 minutes sitting in the car since there was no where to sit or stand at the location, it was all full. no one left so we had to tell the receptionist to check us out since we couldn’t from our phone.

App is simple but still good
The app doesn’t need to be super complicated. It accomplished the basic need. The only 2 things it doesn’t do is allow you purchase a package and it doesn’t adjusts you at home. I can see which doctors are in today and how many visits I have left.
Schedule
I would like to see the schedule of which doctors are at each clinic, even when the clinic is closed. Not only on the day it’s open, but a monthly schedule that I can see even when it’s closed.

For what is the app, if I cannot manage my account and my wellness plan there?
Useful but annoying
100% of what I use the app for is: checking in. However when I tap the “check in” button, instead of checking me in, it opens a pop-up that says: “we noticed you’re at a Joint! Want to check in?” — and then I have to check a second button to check in. This is incredibly unnecessary and obnoxious as a user experience.
Previous review: “Infinite loading screen Not even an error message. No UI. Just infinite logo.” — a really horrible failure mode, which the devs should fix. However if you encounter this, you need to delete and reinstall the app.

Used to work
Doctor search and schedule is not working anymore. Used to be pretty handy if you really enjoy a particular doctor.
They're doing everything they can to avoid canceling.
I paid for only 5 visits and never authorized automatic charges, yet they charged me anyway. Now they are doing everything possible to avoid canceling my account.
Terrible place, terrible customer service.

Not opening
App is no longer opening. Only had it for a short time before it stopped working
Only splash screen
The app just displays the splash screen and stops there. Does not open.
App keeps freezing
It keeps disabling itself or just not loading. You have to uninstall it and reinstall it and get a new code and a new log in
A suggestion
Overall I think it’s okay, it does the job. But one suggestion is can we also post the doctor photo beside the doctor’s name? It’s be easier to track the doctor that I usually see

Why don't you allow me to select my home joint instead of the joint determining which one is my home? Because I've moved a few times and allow me to buy a package from the joint that I would like to. Promotions on here let people buy things. I'd rather do it here really fast then have to do it in this. Clinic.

The App is almost useless
The App supposedly shows what doctors are working but it’s wrong about half of the time. You can check in through the app, but you have to be on location to be able to check in. At that point, just check in at the desk. I am going to delete this app because it does nothing for me.
Terrible.
Horrible experience. Never loads in time. Misses “booked appointments” genuinely bad experience.
