I realize the messaging option had to be revised, but it really needs a more direct version to get people to rsvp. I have different events running from theknot too, so it’s very frustrating when a specific event is coming up and I’m trying to remind people of that event and it only gives me wedding options.

I had a terrible experience with his whole platform website and app. It consistently failed in connecting the Amazon registry and most of the people had a terrible time getting the website to work. I would recommend you do everything on your own and just connect registries to the store you like in controller on your own.
Update: they reached out to me to assist - but to little too late - the last two times I reached out to them - before I was married (I have now been married for over a month)- they had no solutions and offered nothing as a compensation or apology. Why would I reach out for a third time now that they see this review? 🤷♀️ just so I have to wait days for a response or use the chat bot - I’m good thanks.
