Find Another Planner - do not go here!
This has been absolute torture using Zola. Where to start? All their “help” is about registry and vendors, their focus is not helping you keep track of guests or preparing invitations. For the invitations, I could not change the fonts for the envelopes, could not find where to edit a typo at the top of the website (it wasn’t in heading or banner) but in settings. Trying to enter meal options for RSVP replies requires going into two different pages, and there is no welcome to the RSVP page when guests find your website. Then you have the issue of adding guests. So I downloaded their template, adjusted the column widths so I could read what I was typing, saved the excel file in their requested format and tried to upload my list - but it failed! Time and again, it would not load! So I manually entered the names and details of all my guests. When I went to review the pre addressed envelopes to send the invitations, they were a disaster and those had to be manually corrected. If I was not so far down the line, I would scrap Zola and find another provider. I am praying my guests can rsvp and that Zola can give me accurate headcounts, names and menu choices. I did not need a registry, partners or other things they try to sell you. Trying to work with my partner, we cannot work individually because they want to send an email confirmation to the main party to let you into your own account. So when he is 3 hours away in a different time zone, I can’t get into our wedding because they send him a code to enter via email. Zola is a nightmare and not user friendly. Delete and look elsewhere.

I’m so frustrated
I have been emailing Zola for days because after having issues for the past year planning my wedding, now I can’t even properly use the guest messaging feature I’ve paid for.i can’t even press recipients without an error coming up. When they responded, it was AI because twice I explained the situation and they said: what message did you send and to who in a whole thing. I told them I can’t even pick a person to send a message to..
I honestly don’t know if half my reminder messages went to everyone during the past year and some people would know about things and some wouldn’t.
ALSO they definitely bought ratings recently because I saw it last week and it was 2 or 3 stars.. should have screenshotted.
One last thing because I’m so annoyed.. they don’t have a call number and are hiding behind the AI answering their emails.
I honestly don’t know if half my reminder messages went to everyone during the past year and some people would know about things and some wouldn’t.

SUPPORT NEEDED
The app has been randomly kicking me out. I can no longer use the app to login. It just says contact support from more help but I’ve contacted you, but I’ve heard nothing from anyone. I can’t login anymore. My website is now down. All the pictures I uploaded are gone. Your registry is live, but I’m not using your registry. Everything has been sabotage. I am less than 90 days out for my wedding and I really need access to this because I put everything on your site without this, I am literally dead in the water. I need someone to respond.

App isn’t working, kept saying something went wrong
Seating chart is a scam
That app has been fine but getting to the seating chart: It let me add all the tables I wanted and arranged them. Then, once I started adding guests, I got the option to “upgrade to premium to seat more than 15 guests”. Suck my dick Zola ✌🏼
