Bride Review
Great website for helping find vendors. I wish the website had more options to edit pages / uploading multiple images to pages on website. Also, money gifts have a fee which goes to Zola.
Great for planning, horrible for guest interaction
This has been extremely stressful to use in the final weeks leading up to my wedding.
It worked great for beginning plans and setting things up but as soon as I needed guests to start sending info it has been a battle to get anything in.
I’m sure it works if you use their stationary but it costs way more then doing it yourself and isn’t worth it since I designed a much better looking one with my mom.
If I could do all the planning again I would use a different platform. This has added way more stress than I thought it would despite advertising simple contact collection and RSVP.
The planning tools were helpful and since I’m down to the wire on time I’m gonna have to stick it out. But I do wish I hadn’t used Zola.

Wedding Registry
Loved using Zola for my wedding registry. It made putting the different stores and items all together on one site easy!
DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR FUNDS OR GIFTS ON ZOLA!!!!!!
Zola is great for your rsvps and guest lists but don’t get funds sent your to registry!!! We set up a honeymoon fund and guests donated $350 that we now can’t access for 4 business days!!! Our honeymoon is literally only 4 days!!!!! So, you mean to tell me that the fund that Zola provides for your honeymoon cannot be actually used for your honeymoon!!!!???? That’s absolutely ridiculous! Now we don’t have our money and can’t enjoy the things we wanted to! Not to mention the gifts that people bought through there were never sent to me. The apron was bought in July and I still don’t have it. The crock pot was bought by a friend and completely disappeared from the gift tracker. It’s like it didn’t exist! Zola is a scam!!! Do NOT use it! It’s actually sick that you would do that and not have some kind of warning or tell us this information before having our guests donate money for something that can’t even be accessed when needed!!!!

Time frame
It already took 3-4 days pending and processing and then take up to 10 days to transfer to account. Should be faster a inconvenience to say the least

Be your own wedding planner!
Zola made it so easy for me to plan my own wedding and stay organized. I hosted a two event wedding with totally different needs and guest lists and was able to stay organized and on track during my wedding planning process
Do NOT use their registry
Zolas website is fine and RSVP, guest list tracker, etc are all good but oh my gosh DO NOT use their registry. Infuriating and it is NOT user friendly for guests. I’m so dissatisfied with it and sad that i didn’t realize sooner.
Zola Wedding Planning
Zola has been really helpful for registry, website, and seating chart. I do work the registry paired better some items on amazon have never appeared on Zola.
Great app
The app is easy to use and convenient for when I don’t want to use my laptop. Minimal to no glitches.
Seating Chart
Could only seat 15 guests on the seating chart. Was the only real benefit of the app vs the website and they make you pay to seat more than 15 guests. Was not advertised as such.
Missing addresses
They only printed addresses for about 30% of my guests and the rest are blank so we have to hand write them and have them look terrible.
Regret
Zola made us wait for the funds to process in the cash fund then another ten days for it to become available. Don't use Zola
Not Ideal
Much better products exist that do not push political beliefs on you, would recommend those.
Not very user friendly!
It’s frustrating to get the guests invites sent.
I don’t like minimum registry requirement and you can’t just have your own cash fund.
Just wish it was easier to navigate. The other frustrating thing is you have to have an apple to have the app

Premium just to use seating chart?
Pay to add use the seating chart feature? Are you kidding? Just use a pen and paper, don’t waste your time or money.
Linking registry
Will not let me link Target registry. Says it’s linked but it is not.
Help me out!
My fiance isn’t able to use this app on android. Total bummer!
Small wedding
Great site for keeping track of registry and countdown.
I had a small wedding and I didn’t need most of the amenities on the app. So i did not get to utilize most of them however site and app are on the easier side to navigate.
What I didn’t like was the constant vendor notifications. I didn’t need that are of the app and I wish I could have turned that off.
Could be slightly easier to use or customize for smaller weddings. But over all a good app.
