No longer works

The app was kinda confusing but I got it for the most part, but now to make sure last min things are put in the app right, it's telling me I need to update the app, I did. It still won't let me in. I deleted and re downloaded it and now it's saying I can't get in at all 😭😭 I feel like there's gotta be easier sites compared to an app that hardly works
