The latest version of the application drains significant battery when the app is backgrounded and not being used. App is constantly topping the battery drain charts with all activity in the background.

Great metronome right up front
No gimmicks to get access to a nice metronome with good features for adjusting tone and skipping beats

Excellent app. Easy. Does everything I need. Haven’t seen any glitches — just works.
It can’t do simple things only very complicated things
Initially, I bought the core one the concept is great. The problem was it was very dependent.
All I wanted was the thing to tap me on any tempo. I said it if I said it to 66 I just wanted to be on 66
And then I could set it to 70 or 80 or whatever simple simple simple
But the core one could not do that. I had to use the app and get the app out to play with it if I wanted to set the exact tempo
So I was told that the court too I could exactly as I want so I could see the number on the watch. You see the core one you can’t see the number on the watch you have to look at which just makes it way too much work for me and also because I’m trying to use a different music apps while I am so this stupid app was just creating traffic.
I was told that the core too. I could just do the thing that I wanted to set it on the watch not use the app to send it to the number I want and be done with it
But now that I’m watching these videos and these tutorials, I can’t do that. It’s complicated. So I’m sure for you people who wanna have apps going in earphones and sync your band together and little practice sheets, and you details is probably good for you
But for a guy who just wants a metronome to tap his wrist it’s it’s terrible.
So I don’t know if my two star review is fair I’ll give it but it really depends on what you want it for if you want complicated science project this is your thing

Very well thought out and helpful software. Just what i wanted.
The developers are a little chatty on the client communication side, emails and offers, they do have a good product so u wish then well. I am still using the free version, but will pay for it.

Problem with incremental tempo increase
I just paid for a years subscription in order to use the incremental feature. The last bar before the increase is cut short! This means there’s an awkward timing issue at each tempo change. Luckily I still have the first week trial, I’ll find another app
