Appreciate the rewards program very much but hard to find info at times. Have to look in several places to find my rewards expiration date and info on the rewards card. A page for all my personal rewards info in one place would be helpful.
Can’t save walks
Since the last update on my iPhone it no longer saves walks
App is unusable
I downloaded and reinstalled the app several times and every 10 seconds or so I get an error screen saying an error happened. Completely unusable app.

The Pack is amazing. It’s an easy, convenient service that pays you back in rewards for purchasing certain medications. I pay a lot for my pets daily medications, The Pack helps me save significantly. Thank you I appreciate every bit you help with.

First off, I really love using this app to keep track of my pets health and care. It’s awesome! But it’s sorta lacking in the tracking options for cats, like nail trimming and litter box cleanings. It also sometimes lags very slowly or has error messages when loading the journal (and this is after restarting my phone). Please continue making improvements with optimizations and cat options!

Great Customer Service and Rewards
I’ve used Zoetis Rewards program for years-it’s very worth it. Because their rewards had been so profitable, I downloaded the app, in order to access the bonus points.
About 2 weeks ago I earned the last badge needed for my bonus points, but the email with the promo code never arrived. Only a few hours after submitting a help message today, I received an email apologizing for the inconvenience & informing me the bonus points were already added to my account.
Zoetis’s customer service really exceeded my expectations and gained more loyalty points with me in the process.
