Little Value - Expected More
There is more “what can’t I see?” than “what can I see?”. Medical records only means vaccine records. I have old cats - access to bloodwork results and seeing history and trending is what is meaningful to me personally. Was hoping for that with a company like IDEXX but sadly this app is lacking and isn’t helpful. Even to confirm an appointment I have to get a link from my vet via text and that automatically confirms in Vello - it decides for you. Why?? Maybe one day this app will match up with what IDEXX otherwise does so well. Because for bloodwork - I trust IDEXX.

Several of my animal files are missing. I contacted the vet and they don’t understand why. I sent several messages through the app to the developer with no response. How am I supposed to schedule appointments or order meds if the animal is not even listed?
Decent, needs improvement
This app is pretty okay. It works well to get pet info at a glance, request med refills, and schedule appointments.
The one thing that I really dislike is phone number to text my clinic is different than the primary vet clinic phone number. It makes it really confusing and my phone tries to block messages from my vet all the time because it’s an unknown number that I haven’t contacted in over 30 days.

Very convenient for multi-pets owners
So convenient and easy to use! I have multiple pets. All their records and appointments are organized and made easy to use.
