To pill club to this mess

I was using the pill club, i used my health insurance to get my birth control, so i had a year subscription with them. Nurx shows up and i had to pay for the consultation i had already done and paid for just to find out their refusing my health insurance. And than i decided, whatever ima just pay for it out of pocket for a little bit and go from there. And so just as i do so, i get a message saying they see that i have an existing subscription with them, and that i can continue it as long as i confirm i want to keep that subscription ongoing. I confirmed it, and they said that they will go through processing and preparing to shipping my order. They tell me if they dont respond with a status update to leave a message. They NEVER sent me a status update. I LEAVE A MESSAGE and they never replied. STILL HAVENT REPLIED. I am on my last week of birth control and my refill was supposed to be here almost THREE WEEKS AGO. They dont leave any notifications, they dont reply to any messages, its literally just them leaving everything in the dark. So now im about to end up most likely not going to get my birth control, and im gonna have to experience breakthrough bleeding all over again for two months. This is so goofy.

Awful patient care

I would give TPC 0 stars if I could. I had issues with customer care while they were still in business, because there was no option to receive your next refill of birth control before your period week- which was super anxiety-inducing, making me worry that I’d be missing my next dose if anything happened with shipping.

Now that TPC is shutting down, they have handled patient transfers awfully. Their current customers were given little to no notice, and it wasn’t until yesterday that I got a text from TPC that I should transfer my prescription to Nurx. The text didn’t even announce that they were shutting down. Their phone number does not pick up and the only place I’m given the option to transfer my prescription to is Nurx. The way their website & app were set up literally would not let me do anything else. I have a little under 2 weeks before I run out of hormonal birth control pills, and I am going to be incredibly upset if this messes up my cycle because I don’t get my medication in time.

Thrown out

I love this app I really do. It’s been so great, even send you extra goodies. The only problem I have is that they just announced they’re shutting down.. with no notice whatsoever.. they sent me an email today saying TODAY is the deadline to switch over prescriptions to a pharmacy of your choosing.. they also said they stopped answering phone calls yesterday.. I only have one packet. I don’t even think they’re gonna ship my next package (supposed to get it in august) I have literally no idea what I’m supposed to do now..

Best Thing Ever

I used to go to Walmart to fill my birth control prescription but one day I went and they told me they didn’t have it even though I received a call beforehand telling me they did. So my mom told me about The Pill Club/Favor and I’ve never looked back. By far the EASIEST and most convenient way to get your prescriptions hassle free!! 11/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone🥰🙏❤️💊

Could be better.

NEW EDIT: I decided to continue to try this since my last review. However, It’s gotten worse. Way worse. 0 communication and an ever harder hassle to get my pills. I’m switching companies because this one’s impossible. Don’t waste your time ladies!

I unfortunately had to change my 5 star to a 1 star review.. This was my favorite business **before** it was Favor, i’m not sure what’s much different besides the fact that it’s impossible to get any communication now and I have to go to war just to receive my pills. It’s pretty frustrating as Thepillclub use to be my favorite! I’ve asked multiple times to send my pills out sooner and it’s been disregarded or postponed to their time with no help for the most part leading me without any pills left. So that blows too. Hoping this is just a temporary issue.
