Impressive
Really enjoy app so far. Gives me a custom workout that fits my available equipment and time. Currently trying a 8 week program.
Great app
Started using and was immediately impressed! Easy to navigate, easy to change to adapt to my workout style, and then change if need to. 10 out of 10. If you are looking an app to help train or just to help you stay consistent I would download now!
