This app is so easy to use to schedule appointments. I like how effortless this is because you don't have to call for an appointment and wait forever to talk to someone. In less than a few seconds you are set and ready to go to see your doctor.

Consistency Is The Key to Satisfaction
When it appears consistently on my phone, it’s great. But it has disappeared 3 times and I’ve had to take Niki’s time to re-set it.

It’s a scheduling app for professional clinics to help manage their patients. And they send unwanted marketing spam to the patients? Are you kidding?

This app makes appointment setting so easy. I love that I can make my appointment even when the office is closed. A great idea I wish other doctors would use.
Doesn’t work
This app has a lot of bugs. I can’t login. I can’t reset my password. And when I try either one, the app gets stuck and spins. I have deleted and readded the app multiple times. Very frustrating.

I wish we could cancel or reschedule an appointment. I also wished it told you which location the appointment was at.

I get notifications to remind me and I don’t go to the office until I know there is an available appointment. I love my chiro too!
App never works for me
I'm unable to use this app because it just keeps trying to scan my face over and over. Even if I turn off Face ID it still won't go past the log in screen. It has been like this for over a year even though I uninstall and reinstall all the time to get it to work.
Easy Managing
I find being able to schedule my appointments and manage them without a phone call preferable. I avoid being placed on a hold and playing phone tag, especially if I have to wait for a callback. I noticed I tend to see my chiropractor more often - thats how much I dislike making the phone call.
