App broke
The app has not allowed me to log on for several years. Recommend checking this as my friends also cannot log on via the app even though most of them are kinda ok.

Every time I try to check in the check in process never goes through it just keep checking if I can check in please fix issue

Does not work
I am unable to check-in to any USO. When I try to, it loads in perpetuity.
Useless
There is no point in using an app to check in as it never works. I drill out of state and fly once a month if not more. No matter how much signal I have, the app never gets past the checking in wheel of death.

Sometimes I have re-install it to check in.
Too glitchy
Tried adding my phone number to my profile and it never prompted me for the code it sent to my phone; it just went back to the main screen. I also tried editing my dates of service and every time I tried it automatically reset it to todays date. Only other thing I would add right now is the location of the closest USO. I know we don’t have one in our area but it could at least direct me to the nearest one instead of telling me what I already know (that none are in my location).

App no longer works
I used to use this app to check in quickly, but it no longer works. It just says checking in, but never actually finishes checking in. Thought it was maybe the location I was trying to check in to, but it was the same for another location as well. Loved the app when it worked.
Used to be great
I’ve checked in to many USOs through the app and skipped the line. For some reason, recently, the check in stopped working.
Won’t complete check-ins
Spins and spins but won’t check in. USO check-in process is cumbersome in person. App is supposed to be fast and easy. It won’t complete the check in process. If you can’t fix this, recommend pulling the feature completely and letting customers know it’s no longer an option.
Great in theory, bad execution
The app does exactly what I need it to do. It makes checking in much faster, and I usually skip the line. Being military, we all like that high-speed low-drag kind of thing. I do wish there was some sort of barcode type of system we could use instead, like a boarding pass, that could be added to a Apple wallet.
Currently, however, I’m having an issue with the app. When you go to check in, it loads indefinitely. This has happened at multiple airports and my app version is up to date. I’ve tried everything to solve this on my end but I think it’s a bug. It just happens to be that the bug involves the sole purpose of the app not functioning correctly.

No longer lets one check in.
It appears to work but when attempting to check in one simply gets a never ending circle. Every USO I have attempted in the last few years reported that everyone has the problem. I am keeping the app just so I can find the location.
Doesn’t actually work
I try to use the app to check in every time I come to the USO, but it does not work. I just get a loading circle and the check in process never completes.
UPDATE: It’s been over two years since I got this app, and it still does not allow me to check in. Clearly, making it functional is not a priority.

Not receiving password reset link
Attempting to reset password and an email is not sent with the described link.

I get why this app wants my PII, to ensure only military can use the app. But I simply don’t want to enter that kind of sensitive info into an app. Can we please go back to just checking IDs at the desk?
Transitioning Veteran
The Transition Pathfinder for transitioning veterans is very helpful! They assigned me someone to check on my monthly as I start my journey out of the military, as well as providing me with a checklist on how to get started.

Can’t complete profile
Is anyone going to fix this issue? I read a bunch of reviews and it’s the same for many of us. You’d think they would fix this by now. Developer Let’s do something about this please.
Can’t log into the app
Downloaded the app and started to create an account. Unfortunately the app requires an email verification. That’s where it’s broken. The email that comes back takes to the page on the USO site to download the app. There’s no way to get beyond that
