Nonfunctional- worthless app
1/2 star rating if possible. Deleted the app months ago and tried again today—Aug 2023. Why have an app that doesn’t work? I can select food and drinks to order but unable to login to submit my order for pickup. I can enter my account name and password but nothing happens. I’m not going to enter my name, phone number and a new password every time. Deleted the app again. I can use the account name and password via the browser but not this mobile app.

Not functional-remove this app
iPhone 13 and now iPhone 14 this app is useless. Loads but can’t search for a Woods Coffee locations and has an error after selecting to login. Why create such a horrible app that patrons can’t use. One star is being generous.
Worst app ever
It took forever to create an account then once I did I could never log in. Tried to do a mobile order using the app before creating an account and it couldn’t take payment information.

App is not user friendly
Tried to load payment card info multiple times and it won’t load my card. Also attempted to put money on a gift card and it still wouldn’t load.
Such a waste of time
I can’t believe I wasted 20 minutes of my life setting this app up only for it to not even connect and process the order. Asked an employee, and even he stated they don’t recommend using it. Hence than waiting an additional 10 minutes in line to order coffee.
