Nonfunctional- worthless app
1/2 star rating if possible. Deleted the app months ago and tried again today—Aug 2023. Why have an app that doesn’t work? I can select food and drinks to order but unable to login to submit my order for pickup. I can enter my account name and password but nothing happens. I’m not going to enter my name, phone number and a new password every time. Deleted the app again. I can use the account name and password via the browser but not this mobile app.

Not functional-remove this app
iPhone 13 and now iPhone 14 this app is useless. Loads but can’t search for a Woods Coffee locations and has an error after selecting to login. Why create such a horrible app that patrons can’t use. One star is being generous.
Worst app ever
It took forever to create an account then once I did I could never log in. Tried to do a mobile order using the app before creating an account and it couldn’t take payment information.

App is not user friendly
Tried to load payment card info multiple times and it won’t load my card. Also attempted to put money on a gift card and it still wouldn’t load.
Such a waste of time
I can’t believe I wasted 20 minutes of my life setting this app up only for it to not even connect and process the order. Asked an employee, and even he stated they don’t recommend using it. Hence than waiting an additional 10 minutes in line to order coffee.
Wouldn’t process payment
Kept timing out when processing order. Then would say new pickup time is 5 minutes later. It wasn’t my Wi-Fi. Everything else was working fine.
Error messages not readable
When I ordered through the app the first time there was some kind of error message but since it was offset on the screen I couldn’t read what it was. The order hung and never did go through. Since I couldn’t take my dogs in with me, I left without my coffee.
App does not work.
The long line was faster than the wonky app. Entering in info is tedious. Constant freezing and glitching.
The credit card field doesn’t work well either. Tried entering my credit card # but doesn’t work. Then, tried the auto feature where it used my camera to capture credit card #. But, it entered extra numbers and wouldn’t allow me to edit them. Bizarre!

App and web not synced, no card refill
The phone app itself does not sync to the browser login. That causes more issues. You can enter credit card via the web login but not on the phone app. Just watch the spiny things while it tries. Worse than that, the web portal won’t let you add the gift card so you can’t reload the card so pretty useless as well. I resort to handing them my credit card at checkout and ask them to reload my card balance. Then I can once again use the app for payments via the gift card stored in my phone app.

I can’t pay through this since I can’t enter my card for some reason. Would love to use this since I like Woods Coffee a lot.

Terrible app
Won’t let me login with valid email and password. Very buggy! I’ll just order my coffee the old fashioned way.
Second Optimize Request
I agree with what the following user mentioned over a year ago. I wasn’t sure that Woods had an APP as I was going to send a coworker a Starbucks gift card. Then I thought I’ll send a Woods gift card through email. Low and behold this app doesn’t have that option. I’m pretty bummed because I love you coffee and would love to share with friends by sending them a gift card via email. This would be awesome especially during COVID.

Not functional
I was hoping this app would function similar to the Starbucks or similar apps. I wanted to upload, reload and use my gift cards from my phone. This app sends you to a third-party site that has preloaded menu items which you can order ahead and an option to “check” your gift card balance.
This app needs a website design revamp. There isn’t even any branding or Woods type graphic design once you get into it. Definitely not very user friendly. The platform is very outdated.

Please optimize this app, it looks very dated and clunky on a newer phone.
The option of being able to send a gift card through texts like Starbucks would be really neat as well, something more modern.

Worthless app
Why even bother having an app? I got so frustrated using the app I went to Starbucks instead of Woods coffee.
Can’t get registered
I try to sign in and I am rejected with a code not a message.
Promising, but lacks locations
Mainly, or personally, I find that it lacks the new Bellevue location off of 116th. This new store is across the street from my work and I’m there frequently. To be able to utilize this app would be AMAZING!
Needs an update
I love Woods coffee but this app needs to be updated!
