Recommended trying this first before traditional PT
I made the mistake of trying traditional PT before this and only had some very limited improvement in some areas but was worse in others.
The app itself isn’t great but following the slow gentle approach given has made an improvement in my quality of life.

Great resource, but
it’s very hEDS and white centered on the app. I enjoyed the resources but I ultimately left because the community was unrelatable as a hispanic person with aEDS. I was hoping to feel less alone as we all benefited from the amount of resources available on the app and gain a sense of community but I felt just as alone and isolated on the app as I do off the app.

Most helpful resource!!!!
Far & away the most helpful resource I’ve found since being diagnosed. The new app layout makes navigating much clearer and easier. The Expert webinars in Learn & Grow section gives access to knowledgeable professionals (hard to find!) The exercises are the best! They enable me to keep going. Community support top notch!

The founder really knows her stuff and the app offers many amazing resources and ways to connect with community. The main chat skewed more supportive than actually helpful and I got badly injured after a virtual (gentle) workout. It may still be worth checking out for anyone newly diagnosed, but if you struggle with proprioception I’d avoid the exercise section entirely.

Totally worth it!
Pros: catered specifically for people with hEDS but can absolutely help anyone, Jeannie is a master at cueing so you’re doing her movement correctly for your body, chat spaces are almost always helpful and always supportive, lots of saved and updated resources,
Cons: sometimes toxic positivity leaks into the supportive community, sometimes toxic diet culture leaks into posts, requests for more subgroups are not acknowledged
Overall this is an extremely useful and helpful app for people with EDS and I would recommend it to anyone with the caveat that you may have to avert your eyes from some content.
