App deleted check ins and no help in customer service from the app maker
This app is terrible. Do not waste your money. I spent 10 days tracking every single check-in. I went to check in one day and the app suddenly logged me out. I tried to log back in and all my information is gone. I’ve tried everything to recover my information. I’ve contacted customer support, I have contacted the app creator on all social media platforms. Everything is automated and there is no one to help you. Do not waste your time. This app is terrible.

The symptom tracker supports logging unlimited custom symptoms with severity scales, timestamps, and notes, so there shouldn't be a hard cap on what you can track. If something in your setup is restricting that, reach out to us through the app and the team can take a look at your account to make sure your symptom tracking is fully unlocked.
