JUST LIKE THE MORE POPULAR APPS BUT BETTER

I love that this is free number one. Number two is that I love how customizable it is. I’ve only been using this for the past few days and oh my god it’s so eye-opening!!!! I’ve been sending this to all my friends to nab because I love love love this app.

It’s very good to use in tandem with Finch, especially if you are chronically ill and need to pace yourself both mentally AND physically. Literally Spoons - Energy Tracker is the perfect energy journal for me :) thank you for making this kinda thing accessible for us low-income folks.

Response from developer

Hi HappyGobi 💛 This honestly made my day. Thank you so much for taking the time to write this. Hearing that it’s been eye-opening for you and that you’re sharing it with friends means more than I can explain. I built Spoons because I saw people I care about struggling to pace themselves, and I wanted something that felt gentle and accessible, not overwhelming or expensive. I’m especially glad it feels supportive alongside Finch and works for both mental and physical pacing. That balance really matters. Thank you for being here and for spreading the word. It truly means everything. 💛

New to this

I am new to this but was encouraged to monitor my energy. I love the design of this app and also the ability to add tasks and rests. Its perfectly ideal. However I have found no way to delete or remove added tasks/rests. And due to this I have to scroll. Through to find the ones I added such as rests. As well as tasks I don’t really do. Unless there is an option I am missing. Aside from this i love this app. Thank you for making it.

Response from developer

Hi 3machine 💛 Thank you so much for this thoughtful feedback, and I’m really glad the design and task/rest balance has been helpful so far. You’re absolutely right, deleting or removing added tasks should be easier. That’s on me. If it feels confusing or requires too much scrolling, that means I need to simplify it. I’m actively working on improving task management so it’s quicker to remove or edit items without friction. In the meantime, if you’re comfortable, feel free to email me directly with what feels most frustrating about it and I can make sure the next update addresses it properly. Thank you again for taking the time to write this. It genuinely helps shape the app 💛
