How can I contact support?

I recently purchased an annual subscription to Thelo and started a weight lifting program. I would like to move my rest days to be Fridays and Saturdays. How can I do this in the app? I wasn’t able to find a support contact.

Hard to cancel subscription

The app doesn’t work most of the time.

Paid for Yearly Subscription and App not Working

I’m very upset because I was so excited to use this app but once I paid for the yearly subscription the Apple Store is not recognizing it as a in-app purchase. When paying it sent me to a different paywall (Not Apple) and now when trying to activate the device it continues to try and make me pay again. This is very frustrating and to top it off when clicking the help link to contact the company it leads to a page that doesn’t work. Not a great feeling to feel I lost $60

Don’t waste your time

This would be a great concept if it actually worked I tried to select what days I wanna work out. It completely ignored it and had me resting on the days that I wanted to work out you cannot get a description or make any changes once it selects your plan if I could give this a zero stars I would

App doesn’t work

I have been trying to contact support because the app doesn’t work and I have gotten no response. The app refuses to let me do anything and I was charged $132 for it to not work.

Great concept, poor function

I loved the app at first and all of its capabilities, but the meal logging function seems to have stopped working entirely after only a week of use. I also wish there was a function to recommend specific macros based on individual goals. Otherwise, lots of potential for a really great app.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is an absolute scam. It won’t make any workout plans. Don’t lose your money and get scammed like I did.

Good but not perfect

I very much like the idea of this app and most features work pretty well so far. The one thing that is a real drawback for me is that the app doesn’t seem to understand what day it is (usually an AI issue) and it is combining all my meals on “today”’s dashboard. e.g. I logged meals yesterday (Monday), but was showing up on Sunday. I removed and re-added thinking it was my error. I got it to show on Monday. Today, I added my meal first meal and noticed the dashboard shows I’m at 88% of my total calories already. So I click the calendar days on upper left corner and see that there is nothing logged for yesterday and it’s all on today now. So then I go to Your Data>Nutrition> view timeline>meals and it shows I logged yesterday’s on Sunday and today’s yesterday. Yet it bundles it all in one day on the dashboard-all in all it’s not mapping correctly and that is really disappointing considering how much this app costs.

Mine makes me Start from the beginning by signing in and saying if I’m female or male and that whole process but once I get past that it has all of my activity saved. Is there a way to fix that?

App Crash

This app has crashed 4 times since I’ve used it. To say that I’ve paid for a yearly subscription. It is very frustrating and irritating that the app isn’t working properly!

Restore purchase

Downloaded , got stuck on take your image…out of frustration i deleted it then reinstall it , there is no option for restore purchase its either i pay or i do t have access

Not finished product

Programs they create I think are great. What’s not good is you are not able to customize/ change any exercises to fit it to you. Reps and weights are not saved so have to be filled in each time. Suggested days are set and can’t be customized. If you want miss any days or you do other work out you can’t mark as complete. My weights shows in lb even though I have put kg. Overall good ideas but doesn’t feel complete at all.

Stuck on age

App doesn’t let me move forward after entering my Age, it’s just stuck. Tried with both WiFi and mobile network, very frustrating. Had high hopes on the app but the bug made me uninstall it.
