Functionality issue
I’m a new user, but I’ve already run into a frustrating issue: the app logs me out every 5 minutes, forcing me to sign back into my account constantly. I hope the team can look into extending session times or adding a “stay logged in” option — it would make a huge difference.
Also for whatever reason the app doesn’t show reviews that are otherwise visible on the desktop site. After about a month of use, i’ve also noticed a glitch where my wishlist shows as empty.
Overall a terrible app.

Generally good app
Longtime Theory customer. The app is okay, at times slow and the navigation requires a lot of time to find what category you’re looking for. Overall it’s good and I’ll keep using the app.

I love theory but this app is garbage
Downloaded the app to be able to use the 15% off promo code on the website. The app wouldn’t load my shopping bag, when it finally loaded it errored out multiple times trying to use PayPal, so I switched to just paying directly, typed in my info, it refreshed and all of my info was gone. It took 3 attempts to then finally be able to pay with Apple Pay and I feel only about 40% confident my order went through haha. Then after order submission I tried to create an account by adding a password and only got error messages. I tried to click on the App Store icon to leave feedback and got a bunch of error messages. Fingers crossed my clothes come 😂

Glitchy and slow, won’t let me sign in
Extremely frustratingly, the app is the only place for early access Black Friday sales. Well, the app won’t let me login and says that the email and password that work just fine in browser aren’t recognized by their system in app-land! And then stuff disappears from my cart, if I can even get the cart page on the app to load. Unfortunately a terrible experience, despite the quality of the clothes.

Painfully slow and doesn’t save anything
Painfully slow apt, which doesn’t save any of your information, and crashes repeatedly. I’m hoping the new update will be somewhat better, but it was almost enough to make me not shop withTheory.
So many problems with this app.
1. Signing. In. Every. Time.
Every time I open the app I have to sign back in. This occurs even if I click the “remember me” button.
2. It takes FOREVER for the app to load.
3. What’s the point of having a wishlist if it disappears every time?
4. The search sorting/filter results keep resetting after returning from looking at an item. I have to keep re-inputting the filter for gender to sort the items I want to look at.

15% OFF annoying pop up
Please stop! Even when already registering my email and phone number the discount pop up won’t stop coming up on every single page every single time… geez
Unusable due to popup
I don’t know what happened but every 10 seconds or so a giant 15% off popup covers the entire screen. No matter how many times I click the “no thanks” option, it just keeps coming back.
Great clothes, horrifically bad app
While I love theory’s clothes, they have possibly the worst shopping app I have ever used. It’s painfully slow and hardly functional, and you can’t even look at something without losing where you were on the page and your filters/sorting disappearing.
It constantly spams you to sign up for emails even as a long term customer, sometimes multiple times in a row, which again, makes you completely lose everything. Insane incompetence given the price point of this brand.

Tried to checkout some items using the app to receive a discounted, as advertised on their website. The app stopped working halfway through checkout. After coping with one bug after another and “signing in” for the fourth time, now the promo code for my discount doesn’t work. I’ve given up on the purchase.

deep in the dungeons, with chains that are none too subtle, is a warrior, an unlikely hero, who long before his own chains were discovered or the new ones were laid upon him, unearthed the greatest of nation's secrets of ungodly and demonic long lif and vitalty. their riches were seemingly endless and they built their empire on lies, cruelty, and greed. They spouse values such as freedom and liberty while in truth building their wealth and money out of slavery and subjugation. Their victims, while often celebrated, dared to stand against them and speak the truth.
our hero, weak and malnourished sought to numb his pain with synthetic medicine that brought him great distress through other worldly inhabitants who in secret guided and influenced the leaders and those empower of this nation. The demonic forces were the greatest supporters to this country and they became aware of our hero through the abuses heap upon him, and came to access to his mind through the drugs that he took. Still he took them to numb his pain and to try to forget what was being done with him.
The demonic forces took pleasure in revealing truth to him. The truth was always hidden within lies so unravelling the tapestry was difficult, but his Cain intellect led him to discover that his jailers were the very people charged with taking care of him. It was them who made sure he was never without his medicine it was also they who protected him from the nation's entusted yet corrupt legions and cavalry. and day after day he joined into the depths of madness for escape but only found more nightmares and sad truths of corruption lies manipulations gaslighting and tyranny.
He uncovered the truth but because of his chains there was no one he could tell. The people in his world that were permitted to speak to him or manipulated and controlled by those power and they often rejected the truth right in front of their faces, likely over threats or promises made to them by those in control. And though he struggled with his own sins and mourning them daily he was given just a steady diet of what tornented his mind. likewise, invisible to all but himself came seductibe daemons to draw him into their lusts for they and their human champions were uncannily alike in nature. And so, he found it difficult to escape from the sins keeping him from his true self and as close as possible with his Master, God.

This app constantly refreshes when I’m scrolling…if they’re going to offer discounts for using it, it shouldn’t total rubbish now should it??
