Help desk unavailable
This is a great app & it is very helpful with home exercises, but try to get help with the app & no-one is available. The Zendesk Help Center says that TheraCentric is no longer using their help center & states to reach out to TheraCentric directly via their website. I tried that & it didn’t work. Frustrating! I no longer have sound & can’t figure out why!

Great for prescribing exercise
Not yet a 5. There are features missing that would be awesome, but so far this is the best service I’ve paid for in a long time.
Great, user-friendly app
TheraCentric is a very easy to use app and has been an extremely helpful tool for my current PT experience. In the past, my PT’s would write down my exercises on a piece of paper. I’d have to jog my memory about correct form and keep track of all of the papers. With this app, I have access to all of my assigned exercises with videos and instructions right on my phone. It has been a game changer for me and I’ve noticed I’m much more consistent in doing my exercises. Just an added bonus, the little stickers and puns are adorable and they’re a great reminder to keep things light
