Doesn’t work no support
To create a user doesn’t work to add the so-called smart thermostat to other smart devices does not work. To utilise the smart services outside of local area network does not work pro smart should really reconsider a new app or a development partner.

Come on guys get your act together Where is your support ? I have been using the app successfully for a few months Now am unable to log in I have requested a link to reset password via app 59 times ! ( to bonded email ) Also requested many times by different methods Terribly frustrating!

Awful app
It’s shocking this is still on the App Store given that if doesn’t work and the developers don’t anywhere any emails
Worst App Ever Developed
Wont work, wont find or connect to my thermostat. Disfunctional in every respect.
Absolutely rubbish
Stopped working and wouldn’t reload so l no longer have wifi enabled heating. Do not buy Saswell!
You get what you pay for
Absolutely the worst wifi stat you can buy. Non existent customer service. Cannot communicate with thermostat after upgrade.
Useless
At first it all worked faultlessly, all thermostats connected and programmed. Then after a month I couldn’t log into the app, all attempts failed so in the end I had to open another account and re add the thermostats. Again it worked perfectly for a month or so before I couldn’t log in agin, 3 months later I still can’t or create another account.

Cannot connect
After my upgrade on iPhone 11 I cannot connect to the thermostat.
I deleted the app, reinstalled sand still gett an error when trying to connect.

App buggy on iPhone 6S
Tried setting up the 4 Saswell wifi I it’s using my iPhone 6S. Could add the devices ok but could not set the schedules for on off heating in my underfloor heating system with 4 zones. It did work ok on my partners iPhone XR.
Would be very helpful if the developers could add the function to name each device rather than remembering which room each SSID device is in.

Dico solo che non è neppure possibile capire dal’ applicazione se il termostato è in funzione o no (chiusura del contatto). Così come non è possibile capire se è in modalità manuale o automatica. Un disastro

After the new update, I can not log into the application. I restated my iPhone 11 and deleted and reinstalled the app - did not help.
I hope Saswell read those comments and will fix the bad application they have. It was a mistake to buy this product.

Major bug
This works well to control my Saswell thermostats. But there’s a major bug. When using the schedule, if I manually override the temperature in the app, the program overrides the manual setting within minutes. I’ve resorted to altering the temperature schedule with the app to manually change the temperature, then changing the schedule back to get back to normal.
