i have contacted several times about my claim and have yet to hear from them in months horrible insurance

I’m trying to contact customer support and been waiting 6 days to someone to call me back , it’s an AI platform with no human support
Wouldn’t insure a bicycle shop
This place literally has a guy standing in front of bicycle tires on the front page. I entered all my private information. And when it comes to what kind of business I’m trying to insure it only allowed specific businesses. And a bike shop is NOT one of those.

The App description says they cover sports and fitness but after going through the steps of downloading the app, signing up, and requesting a quote — no, they don’t cover sporting events.

I’m a small business and it’s seasonal. It’s hard to justify paying for insurance all year every month. With thimble I can have an insurance policy per job or per day. Keeps my coats down but I still have the coverage I need.
