Only two options
I was born in the UK and have lived here all my life but having to prove who you are is difficult as the app only accepts two forms of ID I have a Citizen Card and this is not one of the forms of ID please give more options.
Data stealing app
This app is unnecessary for the simple act of purchasing a house. Face scans, passport checks. The company’s aim is to collect your data and sell it.
Unable to scan passport
I am trying to upload my passport to confirm my identity and have enabled access to camera in settings however it just brings up a black screen and does not connect to the camera
Annoying
I completed everything and it then invented a new task for me which I only just found out about so it hadnt actually sent my check to the supplier. Annoying. I do not like having to put all of this information into an app I’ve never heard of before. I’ve been told it was set up by people who had been defrauded. But it’s precisely the constant demand to put sensitive data into apps which is creating so much opportunity for fraud.

Buggy along sign in, input and after submission. Poor support, the humans don't know all those bugs so they can't help. Is our sensitive data properly protected? A big doubt. Instead of spending to marketing and GETTING all those 5 stars review, spend to improve the app functionality, and to save all of our time. Such 5-min tasks took me 2 hours, and £60

Prolonged App Delays Resulting in Significant Financial Loss
We’ve been struggling with this app for more than a month, and the delays caused by the app and the organisation have resulted in a significant financial loss for us.
Nightmare uploading mortgage offer
I have a mortgage offer in pdf that has 4 pages in total but I can’t upload because there is a 2 mb limit on file size 😂.
Have asked solicitors if I can use another service.

Finding this difficult to navigate.
I’m finding this very difficult for a 55 year old to work out how to do what’s needed. I’m not very online savvy. Been trying for half hour to upload my passport. Not good.
RUBBISH
Outrageously rubbish. Having asked for help numerous times about my App no longer responding The support team keeps asking me to open the App & fill in the required information. Dealing with Robots is pointless !!!

This us the second time we have had to use Thirdfort. Do you not hold files of previous answers to requests. It is as if we are not trusted to be who we say we are and having to prove funds are available for a house purchase transaction. Why can’t we just visit the office with our proofs of identity and financial situation??? Why do our financial situation and passports have to be bandied on the website for anyone to get hold of?? With our full addresses? If we are burgled then we will know where the information came from. And why twice when you asked for this only a couple of months ago on another transaction? Just too much information over the airwaves for an honest person.

Very Tedious App - look forward to wasting time!
App has very poor logic. For example; some items are scanned by the app, others need to be photographed. No clear designation of either method in the appropriate section of the app. Submitting documents requires you to ‘ learn’ the sequence of operation, choose doc type, photo, attach, send .. then redo for next or you will be attaching 2 docs in same space. App should advise on the workflow. Finally, the app lives in a land where people are receiving loads of physical mail which they can use for id. Even the NHS uses msg and websites now.. That age went out with horse drawn carts. Terrible ‘ logic..’

Intrusive
I don’t approve of digital ID yet this app insists you basically share everything about yourself and personal details, biometrics, banking, everything just to approve a remortgage. I visited a solicitor to present ID, why is that not good enough, because you can sell that on!
Who thought this was a good idea
Lets make a complex nuanced process more challenging with a “computer says no” approach. I feel deeply uneasy sharing this information with a third party and cannot stand the nonsense gateways that need to be overcome to get to the next stage. Terrible!
App will not send phone code
Tried to open app phone code will not send. Tried to use online help ai service is not helpful. Rang customer service number multiple times on hold for over an hour they never pick up.
