Absolute rubbish
Such a huge waste of time. I was forced to use this app by my solicitor. I had to upload 17 documents which took ages because there’s no bulk uploader. I had to do each one individually. Then when I clicked submit the app crashed. It’s really easy to lose all the information you’ve put in because there’s no way to save it so I spent ages entering details and accidentally closed a window because it was really unclear how to get to the next screen. I lost everything and had to start over. It would be so much more convenient to have a website.

Dreadful and frustrating
Completely rubbish and a waste of time! All you need to do is show your ID to the agent or Solicitor. Why would any sensible person pay for a service that doesn’t deliver. The app does not support all devices and it’s clunky.
Extremely concerning that you’re expected to add your personal information electronically, what if you’re not comfortable doing this is not able to? I’d sack my solicitor if they asked me to use this system and we did consider pulling out of our purchase because the agent was using it . Just another way to extort money from people and of making a pretty stressful process more stressful.

Nightmare
The AI assistant is a disaster. The user experience is very bad. Zero support
Frustrating and painful
Our solicitor required us to use this app for ID verification, and it was a pain. The worst part was where we had to get our phones to read the chips in our passports. This took endless attempts. The instructions in the app were contradictory: do you keep your phone still or move it? Moreover, it seemed to work on one page of my older EU UK passport and a different page on my wife’s post-Brexit UK passport. I sincerely hope I never have to use this app again - and I am tech-savvy.

Online help is poor
Firstly, if two of you have to input details you can’t do that without setting up two separate accounts. Secondly, at random times the app will encounter problems and make you restart the whole task, without any help as to what went wrong so you can correct it. Thirdly, the online help assumes that it knows the likely issue you’re facing (no “something else” option). Fourthly, while online help is quite quick to come back to you, if you ask them a question they just vanish and leave you hanging for 10 minutes or more

Only two options
I was born in the UK and have lived here all my life but having to prove who you are is difficult as the app only accepts two forms of ID I have a Citizen Card and this is not one of the forms of ID please give more options.
Data stealing app
This app is unnecessary for the simple act of purchasing a house. Face scans, passport checks. The company’s aim is to collect your data and sell it.
Unable to scan passport
I am trying to upload my passport to confirm my identity and have enabled access to camera in settings however it just brings up a black screen and does not connect to the camera

Poor app with no explanations regarding what is needed

I completed everything and it then invented a new task for me which I only just found out about so it hadnt actually sent my check to the supplier. Annoying. I do not like having to put all of this information into an app I’ve never heard of before. I’ve been told it was set up by people who had been defrauded. But it’s precisely the constant demand to put sensitive data into apps which is creating so much opportunity for fraud.

Buggy along sign in, input and after submission. Poor support, the humans don't know all those bugs so they can't help. Is our sensitive data properly protected? A big doubt. Instead of spending to marketing and GETTING all those 5 stars review, spend to improve the app functionality, and to save all of our time. Such 5-min tasks took me 2 hours, and £60

Prolonged App Delays Resulting in Significant Financial Loss
We’ve been struggling with this app for more than a month, and the delays caused by the app and the organisation have resulted in a significant financial loss for us.
I have hesitation to provide Thirdfort them my name info
I have no choice but to provide them with my photo ID both side copies, 3 months bank statements, face picture, selfie video, home address. If I don’t do it, my wife can’t apply a mortgage to purchase a flat in UK, they worried about money laundry as I just remitted £50000 to her. I worried about my confidential /data info being disclosed! I don’t trust them.

Nightmare uploading mortgage offer
I have a mortgage offer in pdf that has 4 pages in total but I can’t upload because there is a 2 mb limit on file size 😂.

Finding this difficult to navigate.
I’m finding this very difficult for a 55 year old to work out how to do what’s needed. I’m not very online savvy. Been trying for half hour to upload my passport. Not good.
RUBBISH
Outrageously rubbish. Having asked for help numerous times about my App no longer responding The support team keeps asking me to open the App & fill in the required information. Dealing with Robots is pointless !!!
