Doesn’t like print subscriptions logons
I have struggled to use this app for quite some time. The login with my print subscription account data used to work fine through 2021. Now I have to use some sort of extreme measures to get it to work and then I’m only able to read the current issue, and the former downloads no longer stay active in my account. I really wish their customer service would make this a more user-friendly app for those of us who have been long time subscribers of this magazine.

App & Support are useless
Haven’t been able to download any issues since Fall 2022, even though I have an active print subscription? Customer service sends scripted help desk replies which don’t address the issue. Tell me if I’m wrong? If I have an active print subscription I should be able to log on and download the digital app issue for free. Keeps asking for $4.99 an issue! Worked flawlessly up until a year ago!

Review of This Old House magazine
I have been unable to get the last 2 issues on my app. I’ve removed the app, reloaded it, sighed in and nothing works. I’ve contacted TOH. Department that handles the downloaded issue and they have not resolved the issues what so ever. So I’m very disappointed in TOH. Not being able to resolve the problem

TOH magazine is awesome. I look forward to each issue. It is always informative and I learn a lot. I especially love the Idea homes being featured
