App Crashes

The app crashes every time I try to take a photo to submit a reimbursement so frustrating.

Worst App I Ever used

This app never works. You can’t snap pictures of receipts. It crashes constantly. Does anyone ever update these apps?!?

Waste of Time

Complete fail. I tried to use the app because the ThrivePass website is so poor. But I can’t even log into the app. Absolutely worthless

Can’t even log in

Using the same username and password I can log into their portal fine to website but not this trash of an app. It’s not that difficult to handle log in and passkey saving but apparently they didn’t want to pay a dev to make it work.

Login Does not work

Fix your login process. It's something to do with how you process the password/login whenever autofill is used. I know my password is correct, I've used it multiple times to log in. I've reported this before and nothing has been done. Do better.

So frustrating

Trying to submit documents to back my claim is such a frustrating process. Just trying to get my contacts paid through FSA should not be this hard

Terrible claim process

The claim process is terrible UX experience on mobile phone. Someone needs test the UX before releasing.

Ancient 2FA codes

These days everyone sends 2FA texts that are compatible with IOS autofill. This app not only does not it sends alpha numeric codes with different cases. i.e is it a lowercase L or a capital i? lI who knows? But this app will make you go back and forth between your 2FA text and it attempting all the possibilities.

If my bank and investment accounts can use a numeric code just fine there is no reason this app needs to be using case sensitive alpha numeric 2FA codes and requesting them multiple times in a row. Request it once and remember the device….

Horrendously Designed App

Where do I even begin? Everything about this app is terrible. Almost all text fields aren’t properly configured and takes at least 4x as long as it should to type something in, requiring a OTP for every single login (even with FaceID), none of my changes actually being shown after saving them, clunky UI, and the worst part is I can’t even login on the computer to avoid this horrible mess of an app. If you’re trying to pick a provider for employee benefits, steer very clear.

Login issues

My login info stopped working in the app. The website won’t work on my iPhone at all. I’ve used multiple browsers and the app. Customer support isn’t helpful at all. They ask for documentation for claims, and when I submit it it’s not applied to my account and they demand that I reimburse my account or they will shut off my debit card. Worst HSA company I have ever dealt with.

Lack of support

Very poor

Not ready for GA

So I have to log into the desktop to get anything done. Would love to transact in the app and my credentials don’t work. Not sure what the deal is. But be better.

Poor quality

I have nothing but issues whenever I try to use this.

Horrible Service

It is genuinely impressive how bad this service is to use. I used HSA Bank with my previous employer and thought that was bad, but Jesus Christ, ThrivePass is worse. I can’t get the File A Claim tab to load. At all. I tap on it and it’s a white screen forever. I’ve tried force closing it a thousand times, tried it with both mobile data and on wifi. Nothing. So there’s no way for me actually get my reimbursements from this app, which is the entire purpose of the thing. Logging in is also annoying because even though it supports Face ID, I can never just open the app to log in. I have to tap Log In on the splash screen and THEN it’ll log me in. This doesn’t even touch how bad the website outside of the app is, but I suppose this isn’t the place for complaining about that. Anyway, they clearly only get away with this because users are forced to use this service from their employers. If I had literally any other option for an FSA or pre-tax contributions to my HSA, I wouldn’t be putting up with this.

It’s ok

This service is very convenient except for the fact that every time I spend more than $100 I get audited and have to call around for itemized receipts to scan in. This makes it quite obnoxious really.

Terrible AP

Not user friendly. Need to scroll thru again to the bottom once you open one line entry.

Not funded yet no answers.

My pretax account has not been funded yet. There is a problem with Physician Solutions and communication between them and ThrivePass and nobody will give me an answer. I need to get legal involved? Somebody get with me.

App is not working!

This is the worsted app I never had, always errors, slow loading, problem with login. Most of the people at where I work have the same problems, I have the same problem with the website I don't know why they can't make better website and app?

Zero stars but forced to use this

This app and company are a hassle to use your own contributed money. I miss the days of submitting my own receipts for my own money. They have the nerve to say pay it out pocket and submit receipt but the money in my account is from my earned wages so it is more for them and less for the customer usage. I am not a voluntary customer, forced to use by my workplace. Frustrating. They hardly answer any calls and have random days they are “out of office” must have like one employee. The card isn’t smart to distinguish HRA and FSA on its own which is why the user should have more ability to have power over what account is used. Give us two cards if your system can’t handle it!

GARBAGE

Rarely does their app or website work. They also clearly don’t care about customer service since they read any of these.
