My Instagram and Facebook had been hacked and when I found someone to fix it, we discovered that this company Thryv had taken control of it. I had never heard of them and certainly had never done any business with them and I recommend you don’t either because they are thieves.

Terrible. Never loads, crashes when it does work.
The app is so slow and unresponsive
I really like the computer software but their app is genuinely bad. It crashes mid estimates, takes for ever to load customer details. Messages sometimes don’t get sent and if it does it sends 2 or 3 times. Makes us seem unprofessional. Their computer software is great, I just wish they put in just as much work to their app

The iPhone app doesn’t work
I’ve been using Thryv for 5 years. The mobile app on my iPhone hasn’t worked in a year. I have to go to my browser to utilize this software. The texting feature through the system hasn’t worked in two years. When I had a sales rep, things were taken care of quickly. I haven’t seen or heard from a Rep in a few years either. Going to be shopping for a new company to manage my website if they don’t step up their game. $360 per month adds up when the system is sub-par

Use if you don’t want to get anything done.
Every single day you have to delete and redownload the app. If you don’t you’ll just be stuck on a loading screen all day. And yes, thryv, my phone is updated to the latest IOS.

That is the only part lacking they don’t acquire good reviews we get them on our own
Unreliable
Have been using Thryv for several years. It works OK on a computer, but completely unreliable app. I try to use it on an iPhone, latest edition and software, and on an iPad—totally unreliable on both. Sometimes it works great, the rest it will not even load. They just don’t realize that everyone does not sit in front of a computer all the time.

Sooo slooow and frustrating
Using this app in the field is awful! It’s sooo sloooow! And sometimes it won’t ever load and I need to delete the app and reinstall it. It’s fine when it works but truly there must frustrating app I have in my phone. These issues can be a huge problem in the field when I can’t load the notes with access information or contact information.

Not impressed with app
Yes, this portal is great for keeping your clients organized with scheduling appointments but the most frustrating part is when you use the phone app. I constantly need to delete the app and add it back. When viewing the calendar, it won’t pull up 50% of the time.
Not the best..
I just started with a company that uses this app. It really is a good app, if it wasn’t so “glitchy”. I’ve been working for this company for 1 week, and I’ve had to delete and download the app 6 times already..
That’s why I’m writing this review. I’m here downloading it again to get it to work…

the iPhone app is not as good as web browser
Why on earth do you keep logging me out however I see 64 notifications. You know it’s me, a little bit more work on the back end of this app for iPhone would be awesome! Downgrading to two stars because maybe I’ll get a response? Fix it please
this app is my number one enemy
if i had one wish it would be to destroy this app. it is constantly glitching. any time i want to use it to book a job, i have to restart the app at least 3 times. it’s laughably bad. the search system essentially doesn’t work. what pushed me to write this review was the fact that i just now (after restarting the app at least 6 times) had to logout and log back in because only the menu would load. i let it sit for 5 minutes loading and it did nothing. truly baffling how bad this app is.

Not worth the money
Websites they build very slow to download which makes it hard to come up on search engines. Software and platform they have not worth they money they charge. If time goes back I wouldn’t use it on the first place
Rarely loads at all.
I have to continuously ask my boss to send me the details via text because the app works about 3 days a week.

2 Years Glitchy Doesn’t Work
If using the app is important to you, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. The app is glitchy, especially with corresponding to clients. I constantly have to restart the app to be able to switch between clients.
What’s more, I’m trying to cancel my subscription to this app and I can’t get through to the “specialist” who can do that. Now I’m waiting for up to 48 hours for a call back from them. Super scammy. Not a fan. Don’t recommend.
The website they created for me was fire but other than that, the experience has been so-so. And the social media posts are dumb. You definitely have to stay on top of them and work on getting content posted that is not repetitive and bland.
