They set you up with a client manager. The client manager walks you thought the entire portal , answered all of your questions. You will receive your client managers personal email. They communicate with you immediately regarding all questions and concerns. I highly recommend them.
Worst experience
It is a waste of money, the first call they promise you so many stuff and once you pay and sign up no one is there to help you if you have any problems and they have very unprofessional customer representative. I tried it for a month and they were supposed to make me a website in two to four weeks of signing up and help me grow but the whole month that I was with them they didn’t even reach out to me to see how I want my website and if I need something. When I told them that they said they tried to reach me but they weren’t successful which that is complete false. It is not worth it at all.

Joined as a new customer and clearly it would make sense that a web management company would be able to suppress their own negative reviews… wish I had dug deeper.
