App login and UI problems
This is the only app I have on my phone that consistently logs me out. It NEVER maintains any type of login which requires significant extra rime to use. When I buy tickets, I have to take time to open and look through my password manager (not select it because it’s not available to select) and re-login.

Let’s face it - you’re using this because you have no choice
UPDATE - inspected the web site and caught the error. “password must be shorter than or equal to 20 characters”. That’s pathetic. So the password reset function accepts a long password but the login page doesn’t. Yikes.
Had to try multiple email accounts just to sign up without generic JSON errors. Changing passwords is impossible - the subsequent login will just fail with Bad Request Exception. Filing a ticket is hilarious - enter your email and it immediately submits the form with no fields to describe your problem. I guess I have an empty support case floating around their system now. Why do I need an account to buy tickets, other than to get more email spam? There’s no Apple Pay, and no ability to use Apple to generate email/password because (I assume) the app is just an embedded browser hitting their site. Whatever it is, the experience is terrible. I’m using it because it’s the only option for this HS game. This review isn’t to persuade you not to use this; you probably have no choice either. It’s to persuade venues to consider other options.

Doesn’t work and now the high school doesn’t accept cash!
I’ve followed my local team but the HS football game isn’t showing up on the app. So now I can’t buy a ticket. I hate this app. There was nothing wrong with using cash or paying at the gate with a card. No wonder this app has such awful reviews!
Basic improvements needed
I shouldn’t have to sign in every time I use the app, please add google login. Also, users should be able to save schools as favorites so they don’t have to search for the school name each time.
Totally Useless. Can’t even find our school
I’ve been told by multiple people at the school to use Ticket Spicket to order tickets. If someone already has an account, it works. However, I don’t have an account. The app can’t find our school. I’m standing right next to someone who has been using the app and they have our school listed. This app is garbage!

Would not recommend this site to no one
My son had an sports banquet with his school and we had to buy the tickets from here I brought them and the the school canceled the whole event I been trying to get a refund since May of 2023

Login is the worst of any app on Earth
It’s almost like they have never seen or used any other app. If you forget your password, you will be in a doom loop of attempting to change your password. Sometimes it will even say that you had the wrong password and proceed to let you in. Literally every app I have ever used is easier to recover your password.

Terrible
Terrible app- I know my password for app and yet every time I attempt to login, I have to reset it. When I try and check out, it constantly tells me that there are errors with my card. Also, I don’t like storing card info in apps but there is no way to delete the info; just to get into a game to see my kid I had to add a second card because it gives me errors on the original card. The fee PER GAME is ridiculous. I can’t figure out why schools are so obsessed with using this app!

if i could give this a 0 i would. this is the worst possible app for ticketing and there’s a reason the reviews are so low. can’t tell you how much money i’ve wasted and got all the way to a game and had to leave bc because the app won’t work. an absolute joke. don’t download.
App needs serious updating
This is a new method that the school has made us use. Sometimes my app works other times it does not allow me to log on…stating username/password does not match. BUT when I use my phones browser it miraculously works. It’s ridiculous. I just started using my browser and deleted the app.

It is really annoying that the app doesn’t remember my credentials and I have to put in my email and password each time I go to purchase tickets!
Awful app
It constantly logs as out ( all three people/three separate accounts) and gives us a temporary password that needs to be changed every time we need to use a ticket. Such a PITA.

This app provides a click box option to stay signed in, however, it signs me out each week to where I’m constantly having to recall the latest password. The app will also log off when another family member logs in from a difference device.
You also can’t search or see away games under home school so you need to know who the opponent is for away games.

How can it be this bad
Doesn’t play nice with iPhone. When logging in the app won’t allow auto population of your log in credentials via Face ID. When forcing the info in via keychain it doesn’t recognize the password, so you have to clear it and enter it manually. The app also doesn’t allow you to auto fill saved CC info. Had to grab my physical card and enter each part. Catch up guys. This is lame and embarrassing.

Please add a option to “favorite” my school so I don’t have to search for it each time.
Useless
No directions on how to transfer tickets and accept them. One of my “family” members doesn’t have a button for me to transfer tickets to. Everyone else I have called is as confused—including tech savvy teens. My husband is on his way to our son's game and still doesn’t have access to his tickets after messing with the app for 2.5 hours. Very disappointed WI decided to go cashless for high school sports, but allow cash for the concessions—why go cashless at all. Super frustrating.

Is a great way to pay but would be better if it gave you the option to scan the QR code within the app to make it easier to find the sport you are buying tickets for

Frustrating app
This is my second review of the app. Not sure why my first review disappeared. Slow and clunky and doesn't save any login info. So I have to go through my email accounts to see which email I used for my User ID.
Really Really Bad
Our ISD has made us use Ticket Spicket for 3 years. It is the worst. I have been stuck outside stadiums, not allowed in to basketball games, refused entrance into track and field meets all because ticket Spicket has not worked. I have been unable to transfer tickets to anyone and wasted so much money on tickets that wouldn’t load and having to repurchase tickets for events. I long for the good old days when cash worked without this ridiculous app. Last football season we were stuck outside the stadium with hundreds of others when the app crashed. Please go back to cash tickets or find reliable technology.
