The app just freezes and is unresponsive on iPhone

Not working

App is not responsive at all, it will not let you select the show and move ahead to seat selection. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and now its stuck on language selection. Came across this consecutively for last month but no fix yet.
All options are got stuck . Please consider it ASAP. So that we will not miss our future shows.
