OTP Page not working. Unusable app
OTP validation does not work. Page does not go beyond OTP validation.
This app needs to be taken down if app Developers are not interested to fix it.

Doesn’t even allow existing customer to log-in. Totally useless.

Why make an app that doesn’t work?
I was forced to install the app to receive an OTP for work order completion. To login to the app I am supposed to enter another OTP that comes over SMS. The app won’t proceed beyond the login page after receiving and entering half a dozen OTPs. Have you tested this app before launching? What a joke and disappointment this is.
