Hathway = headache.
My experience with Hathway Broadband has been an absolute disaster — hands down the worst service I have ever paid for in my life. Calling it “broadband” is an insult to the word internet. The connection drops more often than it actually works, speeds are a joke, and buffering is basically the default state.
Customer support? Completely useless. You either wait forever, get robotic replies, or they simply close complaints without fixing anything. It feels like once they take your money, you don’t exist anymore. No accountability, no professionalism, no respect for customers’ time.
As for the OTT services bundled with it — half the time they don’t activate, don’t work properly, or require endless follow-ups. What’s the point of offering something that never functions?
If frustration had a physical form, it would look exactly like this service. I wouldn’t recommend this connection even to my worst enemy. Save your money, save your sanity, and choose literally ANY other provider.

OTP Page not working. Unusable app
OTP validation does not work. Page does not go beyond OTP validation.

Why make an app that doesn’t work?
I was forced to install the app to receive an OTP for work order completion. To login to the app I am supposed to enter another OTP that comes over SMS. The app won’t proceed beyond the login page after receiving and entering half a dozen OTPs. Have you tested this app before launching? What a joke and disappointment this is.

You will feel like u dont install wifi at all its just eating money never ever use hathway wifi ever in billion years
Frequent issues & No timely Service
Every two to three weeks for some reason the cable connection gets disconnected. The service team will not be available to fix the issue and it will be picked only after 16 to 18 hours. Very very slow servicing

Absolutely irresponsible by Hathway! This app is a shame for humankind. Nothing works on this app and Hathway customer service is the worst.

Worst customer service
Billing team says its issue from technical team and technical team not directly available to call so again we need to call billing team which they again say contact technical team but they don’t resolve the issue. I literally don’t understand what the issue is but my net gone for almost more than a week just because they are not solving and not taking responsibility against the issue.

Useless App
Login functionality itself is not working. Tried with both account number and registered mobile number. It is better to login via web browser.
Also it doesn’t even show the keyed in value in text field since their font fore color is white and text field background color is also white… Very poor design.

Worst App, Not Recommended To Use The App
One of the worst app and service by Hathway. No help/care is given to the customers. I am not sure why App Store is still allowing this app to continue. The website for Hathway portal itself is not working properly.
Hathway if you want to keep your customers happy give them better customer service, don’t do business just to take money from customers.

This hathway is the worst internet service provider in Hyderabad,which doesn’t have proper speed and proper customer number even to report any issue .

Hathway is Worst services provider I have ever seen
I paid for whole year and now my internet is not evan browsing though I have 211 gb data is available, I have complained 4 times from last 4 days not a single technician from Hathway team has come.. everyday they are giving me same reason that and false promises “sir don’t worry our technician will come in next two hours “ which two hours I don’t understand 😡 and I now believe Hathway always give false commitments .. I don’t evan feel like to give them a 1/2 star ,but without giving or rating they don’t accept feedback 👏very disappointing

This app does not allow me to login with my registered mobile number or account number. Worst service ever. Going to switch to more reliable service provider
Fraudsters
I used to recharge on monthly basis. Due to lack of speed I stopped recharging. One fine day a lady called me and introduced herself as executive from Hathway. She told me there is an offer 6+6 months(6 months free) and asked to pay ₹5303. Now after the first 6 months they have stopped the service. Now they are not even responding for my complaint. Kindly be aware of these kind of internet providers.
