always signs me out after 24hrs and then my password does not work anymore always have to always go threw forgot password and then wait over an hour for the email

This app and web page are completely broken. Ive spent 2 hours not trying to book a ticket and just keep getting blank screens and endless error messages. This is beyond frustrating
Refundable tickets
I am appalled at the service I’ve received or for better words NOT received.
Im never buying from them again!
We had a valid reason for wanting a refund, which is way we paid extra for refundable tickets.
When we tried to refund them, they were no help at all! We were meet with automatic email responses. When I tried calling them they were apparently too busy to answer. Their website sucks, with no help what so ever.

This is the worst ticket sharing experience I have ever seen. Smooth it is not!! Share other person doesn’t get so cancelled and reshare two times.

Unbelievably frustrating experience using this app… if I could even use it. I can’t get into the app because I cannot reset password, it doesn’t work. Last time I used the app I had issues with lost tickets. What a disgraceful excuse for an app.

Not smooth, ticket session time-outs are too frequent.
Choosing a seat in a stadium is a nightmare, the map won’t move properly and you end up swiping the app itself around, it’s so hard to tap a seat selection, by the time you’ve clicked your seats after searching forever to find two together, it’s timed out again. Fix this. my god.

Stupid Sign In
Most stupid app I’ve ever seen. I was sent tickets by a relative and I need to get the app to use them, fair enough but when I try to sign up it keeps saying “something went wrong, please try again.” If you’re going to sell tickets and be a platform to use them, actually work. Dumbest app ever created.

Shouldn’t need the app to view my tickets
Classic Ticketek being difficult and wanting everyone’s data. If other smaller companies can let people save their tickets (that they PAID FOR!!!!) to their wallet WITHOUT needing to download their app, you can too. But you don’t WANT to. I DON’T want your app just so someone can send me the ticket I paid for.

An Insult to the public
Terrible app created by a ultra wealthy company who don’t respect us at all. They know it’s bad, they know you hate it and they know you don’t have a choice. Even a few extra cents to improve interface not spared. Enjoy
Basically impossible to use
Note that I was not trying to go to a Taylor swift concert. I was trying to go to a comedy show and it literally didn’t let me access my tickets, making me really late for the show. I feel that’s probs why the average review for this app is less than 2 and the only reason it’s that high being that people appear to be giving 5 star reviews to the app for having any functionality to ragebait Swifties which kinda says it all. 1. Bro just because you feel like Batman listening to Metallica doesn’t mean that your music is better and 2. The app is still bad and the fact that swifties think that it’s bad doesn’t make it any less bad 3. Even if you check out the 5 stars with relevant content, you will find that those are generally for fulfilling basic functions like “it working” which I’m pretty sure I could code with my toes. Yay somebody didn’t find any evidence of the app doing anything illegal and the one time you used it it gave you the ticket. I kinda get the appeal of pissing off swifties but do note that reviews are for people who might use the app in the future and most of the swifties aren’t going to read your comment anyway
