Delete Account to change email?!
It is insane that a person needs to completely delete their account just to change their email address. Sort yourselves out.
Stupidest queue system
Why are the people ahead in queue so damn slow at buying tickets when theres a limited time to buy them, if someone is actively waiting at the site they should have much higher priority, why am i having to wait more then the hour i already waited for the tickets and queue to open because some as.holes opened the app 5 years before they came out and are camping the site. Absolutely stupid fking system, the 55467 aholes ahead of me should buy the damn tickets why be in queue so long if it takes u ten damn years to actually make ur purchase. Should be first in first serve but instead im waiting an extra who knows how long for thousands of people to just press PURCHASE THEM. And its not even them i can be mad at cos its the way this dumb ahh site works and whoever made this dumb system i wish only the worst for. And not only that, it wont let me sign in or make an account, i had pressed reset password 10 times and still not one email letting me do such thing so i cant even get in the app so all this damn waiting will be fking futile dumb stupid app

I don’t think the human brain could comprehend how much this app sucks. It’s almost on par with Translink. I don’t think there’s been a worse app that could ever be created worse than trans but this might just take the cake. My friends have used this app for many years saying it sucked I didn’t believe them but when I tried the actual app out I couldn’t even sign in. I had everything correct. My email to my password. It doesn’t get worse than this.

Worst ticketing app for iOS
I’ve had an account with Ticketmaster LONG before apple even came out with their mobile devices. I have never had any smooth transactions with Ticketmaster each time I use an apple mobile device. I actually dread booking tickets thru Ticketmaster for events I have to go to. If I do have buy tickets thru Ticketmaster, I literally have to use a non-Apple device just to be sure that it’s going to be a smooth transaction.

I don’t understand how the hell this app and business is still running. I bought my graduation tickets for my university event on my laptop, Can’t access it on my phone nor transfer this tickets. Called up the company only for them to hang up because they are experiencing a large number of phone calls. Do Better.
I’m disappointed that now my family will have to struggle to getting into my graduation event because instead of fixing the COMMON ISSUE, the company chooses to ignore it. Do better- I’m not supporting this company ANYMORE

You get the email saying view tickets, click it, goes to app “you have no events or history of events” beyond useless

In order to receive a transfer ticket, you have to delete the app. Is ticketek being programmed by a two year old?

You’d think that someone that charges so much for tickets can get their app, site or their back-end working properly. I can’t even sign in. “Existing account” won’t let me reset my password and won’t let me create a new account.
