Good user interface
UI and UX wise its really good, but the info I’m getting from the UI is bit confusing. Should have much better info on each game and event, also past events are not seen at ease, you should track it dude!!!!
Highly frustrated with this app
Tried booking for Davis cup match on the app. First it asks for contacts information to share. Don’t know why that is needed when you are creating an account. The. Sing in doesn’t work. OTP either fails or doesn’t come through. Tried booking on my wife’s app but it does t allow sharing. Super unhappy. Organisers please don’t make ticket genie partner for any event. It’s highly frustrating

No ticket and No customer service
We purchased tickets through this app. My ticket was transferred to me, but after that I was unable to view it or log in to access the ticket. I tried multiple times, but it kept failing. The worst part is that there has been no response from customer service. Worst App.
Unable to download ticket offline or Apple wallet
I’ve purchased tickets for India NZ series at TRIVANDRUM.
There will be no network in the area and I tried to download the tickets it is not working. Neither the screenshot nor add to Apple wallet.
When trying to add to wallet it says will be available on match day when we is visible. There are only few hours left and I can see qr but not able to add to wallet or download for offline

can download or share ticket after booking
for india vs nz match i cant share, download or add to apple wallet the ticket..i cant share the ticket with my friends even though the guidelines and terms say the ticket is transferrable.
