Good user interface
UI and UX wise its really good, but the info I’m getting from the UI is bit confusing. Should have much better info on each game and event, also past events are not seen at ease, you should track it dude!!!!
Highly frustrated with this app
Tried booking for Davis cup match on the app. First it asks for contacts information to share. Don’t know why that is needed when you are creating an account. The. Sing in doesn’t work. OTP either fails or doesn’t come through. Tried booking on my wife’s app but it does t allow sharing. Super unhappy. Organisers please don’t make ticket genie partner for any event. It’s highly frustrating

No ticket and No customer service
We purchased tickets through this app. My ticket was transferred to me, but after that I was unable to view it or log in to access the ticket. I tried multiple times, but it kept failing. The worst part is that there has been no response from customer service. Worst App.
Unable to download ticket offline or Apple wallet
I’ve purchased tickets for India NZ series at TRIVANDRUM.
There will be no network in the area and I tried to download the tickets it is not working. Neither the screenshot nor add to Apple wallet.
When trying to add to wallet it says will be available on match day when we is visible. There are only few hours left and I can see qr but not able to add to wallet or download for offline

can download or share ticket after booking
for india vs nz match i cant share, download or add to apple wallet the ticket..i cant share the ticket with my friends even though the guidelines and terms say the ticket is transferrable.

Before booking Ind Vs Nz match tickets at Karyavattom, guidelines says E ticket can be transferred or shared.
After purchase there is no such option.
I have booked tickets for my friends and now the tickets cannot be transferred and ticket is on my device and i cant go.
Moreover help centre numbers are not responding , nor their e mail.
If no support from app devolopers customer should stay away. Dont know how reputed matches ticketing is given to this scrap app devolopers when customer friensly apps like book my show is available in market

Disappointed at peak level how Kerala cricket association collaborate to them. Disgusting they have to provide the ticket through district or book my show for far better experience
Pathetic
Once installed, it asks you to login. Once done, it throws the message that a new version is available and force you to go to App Store and update. But there wont be anything to update and it will give option to open the app. The cycle continues

Installed latest version from app store. Showing to update inside app. When click on the same , nothing happens. Cant book tickets because of this issue. Some idiots might be the software developers.

It’s a fraud app , they use partnership with stadium members and sell the tickets to them so that they can sell the black tickets in bulk. This happened in Raipur india vs South Africa 2nd odi. 2025

Jersey scam
We booked tickets for the Kannur Warriors vs Thrissur FC match, and the package clearly mentioned that jerseys were included. But to our disappointment, no one received a single jersey. We were really excited and had high expectations, but it turned out to be a huge letdown. It feels like our money and excitement were both wasted. We genuinely supported the event, but this kind of mismanagement and false promise is really frustrating and disappointing for true fans like us.
