Great app, if you don’t need it to actually work

TickIQ’s one job — taking readings from watches, is the exact thing it can no longer do. Everything else? Sure. The actual function I subscribed for? Gone. It just sits there now, a beautiful icon that opens to disappointment.

And before anyone from support chimes in with the copy-paste checklist: yes, I deleted the app. Yes, I redownloaded it. Yes, I restarted my phone. I did the entire IT exorcism ritual. None of it worked, because the problem isn’t on my end, it’s that you haven’t pushed an update in over a month while iOS has moved on without you.

That’s really the whole story here. The iPhone updated. You didn’t. And now paying customers are left with a subscription to a glorified paperweight.

Update the app or stop charging for it. Pick one.

Junk

Junk quality for $9/mo, just buy a timegrapher

Nice tool

Just needs a quiet room but it seems pretty accurate

Overpriced and inaccurate

Typical misleading app that will advertise as free until you download and purchase then you have to keep upgrading and paying more more to unlock features. Pass

Great way to share your love of horology.

Nice app for curating your watch collection and sharing with others.

Great app

I have used this for several months and being somewhat of a stickler for accurate time this app is indispensable. It is elegant and extremely functional. I have 5 high end watches, all Swiss made and it helps me measure their accuracy and overall performance and health. So, if you own a Rolex or other fine watches, you need this app. Highly recommended.

Waste of money/ time HAHA

If you actually want to read the accuracy of a watch don’t base it on this fake app. $40 a year for this garbage is insane also.

Who knows

Can't do anything without paying

$9 a month for an app chatgpt could make

If youre going to spend 9$ a month you might as well invest in a professional timegrapher that will never charge you again and work with factory precision. Installed and deleted as soon as i saw the price lol

CRUCIAL CAVEAT

Placing the speakers of a cellular device on a mechanical watch can magnetize the internal components, thus altering the accuracy of your timepiece. Accuracy may be regained via a demagnetization device.

Great to catalog, but…

This is an application that makes it easy to catalog and share your watch collection with a like-minded community. The interface is lovely. The timegrapher function, through, is absolutely brutal, bordering on useless. In 100+ attempts across seven watches (using an iPhone 17 Pro Max with the case removed), I’ve gotten three successful readings. It needs significant improvement.

Inconsistent

Tested the same watch fully wound and following the instructions about 10 times in a row and over the course of the day. It was measuring my amplitude from 275-325 and reading anywhere from -4.5 seconds to -.6 seconds per day. Back to back tests showed highly inconsistent results. Alway was in a quiet room during testing. Yes it’s a phone, but if I’m paying a fee I’d hope it be more accurate.

Easy to use

Great app. Very useful and super easy to use

Potential

I’m enjoying the app so far but there are 3 areas for improvement. 1, no profile photos, really? It’s a social app. 2, must add the ability to add manual measurements. The app is always noticeably off from my timegrapher readings. There’s real value in having accurate data where I am tracking my collection. Lastly, price is a bit high for the current offering

Easy to use, but

My only complaint is you can’t remove a watch once added.

Great app and community!

This app is great for tracking my collection and connecting with other enthusiasts. And the community is awesome!

Complete scam and does not function as advertised

Completely does not work for any of my watches, tried to use their support and it did not change anything, was absolutely unusable for what it’s advertised for and now it charged me 40 dollars for a year subscription for an app that does not function. Stay away from this app, it does not function as advertised, in my experience it did not function at all for its purpose.

It’s not working

It worked well during the free trial, so I decided to buy it. I’m using an iPhone Pro Max 17, and I tried resetting my phone and restoring the purchase, but it still won’t detect any sound on my watches.

Good app but…

I love the app, but how do you delete watches from your collection? You can’t. Very disappointed.

Instagram for watch lovers!

I love this app. It’s worth the premium option as I find myself on here all day. The more I’m on here, the less I’m on other apps that waste my time with nonsense.
