Sells tickets when the show is almost over
0 stars. I just spent $700 and they refused to refund or credit us. Bought the tickets after the show started and would not allow us to switch tickets.. their policy is misleading and I’m heartbroken
Latest update went big
So my app was just updated and now everything is so big that things are cut off when trying to read the seats I am selecting, viewing etc. Why with update it magnified the whole app. If I could go back to previous version I would.

5 stars for visibility. TickPick is the most direct form of ticket-sale scam I’ve seen YET. Their policies permitted a scammer to sell me a ticket that was visibly fake and obviously did not work at the venue, and when I complained before-the-fact, they refused to help and restricted my account so that I wasn’t able to resell the thing. Their policies only protect their buyers, like, two weeks after you’ve already missed your event. Don’t bother

Horrible experience
Do not waste your time purchasing tickets on this app/website. I bought six tickets for a soccer game and never received them. Called their customer service numerous times just to have my call “drop” anytime I finally got a hold of someone. A good company will train their associates to call the customer back if the call drops but no not here. We ended up having to everything via email. I ended up buying tickets through SeatGeek and got my tickets instantly. I won’t be buying through Tickpick ever again. If you’re advertising lower priced tickets at least be sure the customer gets the tickets. Do not recommend.

Fine at best
The app itself is fine. It’s a little tough to navigate at times and you can’t save a payment method to your account to speed up the purchasing process. The service, however, has become a bit of a lie. They claim to be “no fees” yet are priced the same as the companies that have fees, so you’re still paying them but you’re just seeing it all at once. Every site does this now, so TickPick is nothing special.

It’s hard to grasp why you changed this app. Particularly, I used to love for any events in my area, whether it’s sports music theater or whatever. And I could do that easily. Your update has just totally ruined it. You made the app harder to use. Why does everything have to be this way in 2026? You have the option of leaving things the way they were. It worked. Why change for the sake of change? The update is awful.

My fakemink concert got canceled and Tickpick didn’t even told me as in sent an email or gave me a heads up that the concert got cancel I’m furious cuz I wasn’t even given store credit or anything now I wasted so much money to not get anything back I don’t even want to give them a 1 star review they deserve zero!!

Do NOT use this app!! Use any other option… There support is trash and they will not lift a finger to help you if there is a problem. Even if you have been a long time user like I was. Their fees are predatory and they throw the terms and conditions in your face if you have concerns about them. Seriously, use any other app. They’ll probably use the $600 fee they charged to remove this review. 0/10

Don’t use this app. Horrible app they scam their customers. I bought tickets and they never sent me my ticket and the customer service doesn’t help. They have a 100% guarantee that they don’t follow through with. Don’t use this app just go to ticket master directly

Excellent Concert. Tickets were advertised as clear view. This was a total lie. There was a pole directly in front of us blocking the entire stage view. Don’t trust the description.

I lost the ticketmaster war for noah kahan in arlington and have been at every tour for 5 years and HAD to find a way in. I’ve been burnt by fake tickets on seat geek one too many times so I branched out to tickpick. I bought from an elite seller which gave me so much peace of mind knowing my tickets were almost guaranteed to be real!! Another peace of mind was the customer service IF the tickets were fake. They hold your money until you have successfully entered the concert and if there are any issues, they will automatically refund you if there’s no tickets available if there are tickets in your row or better then they will get you into the concert!! Turns out not only were my tickets real but hundreds less than other websites. I will ONLY be using tickpick from now on when i lose the ticketmaster war. I cannot recommend this app enough but be sure to purchase from “elite sellers” for peace of mind.

Easy and works
It was my first time using it and I was a little afraid. But the purchase process was very easy and I got my tickets the next day (virtual tickets). It worked normally for admission with no problems!
Flawless
Used one time and got good seats at a good price. No problems at all with the tickets. Using again for Bruno Mars next month.
