I bought tickets two times from them and they never sent anything over im never buying from them again

terrible app. I tried to get me and my friends tickets and they took my money and ran. I TRIED CALLING THEM BUT THEY WERE NO HELP. I need my $432 back please!
Tried to scam me, withheld my payment
They refused to pay me because of a technical error on their end. They knew it was their error yet still repeatedly refused to pay me. When I questioned why they were withholding payment when it was their error, they wouldn’t provide an explanation. They wouldn’t answer their phone and only intermittently answered support emails, and when they did respond to emails, it was only with generic, unhelpful responses. I will never use this company again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Don’t risk getting scammed or missing your event.

Missing tickets
Monday I bought $uicdeboy$ tickets for the gray day tour, and it said that, to view my tickets and accept them I have to go through Ticketmaster, and it’s not showing me my tickets that o paid for, and this is one of the worse experiences for a first time user, if you were to ask me, I would not use this app and just use Ticketmaster

Literally the Goat
Everything is better on this app than every other app. Tickets are cheaper and I’ve never had an issue with getting my tickets. If you need to freeze the pice, they got you, if you need to sell your tickets, they got you. And if you buy the insurance for your tickets (it’s like $2-$8 i believe) you can get a refund if you miss the event for certain reasons. This app is actually the goat of ticket apps.

Sellers beware!!! Nonsensical disclaimers used to cancel sales and stick you with fees. It’s theft! Pay alittle extra for the security go anywhere else.
Customer service completely unhelpful! Asked to speak to a supervisor got told she wasn’t available even though she was emailing me then told she would not speak to me because the decision was final.
Completely disgusted with the handling of my situation. This company should be ashamed of how they treated a previous customer and new seller.

You guys need to have a seat map like Ticketmaster. It’s very frustrating needing to have a separate tab to search separately to find the seat chart.
Horrible experience
Never using this again I thought I got a great deal for tickets that I ended up not being able to use so I re-sold them. I did post them on tick pic tick pic change the price of my tickets and sold them for what they wanted to sell them for without my permission I would never recommend this platform to anyone.
